Olé Amazing duplex studio near Gran Vía

Beautifully furnished apartment (small but nice), great shower, great location! Basic cleanliness could have been better. Overall, however, recommended.

The apartment in a good location. Very small apartment and bathroom, good for 2 people only. The loft is very warm even with air-conditioning. Nice to have a washing machine. The host met us at the correct time but had to call several times for a refund of the deposit. 5 floors with no elevator is hard after a long warm day of walking.

Surprisingly nice complete apartment with a nice balcony. Nicely decorated in a beautiful quiet location. The 120 steps to the apartment was well worth it.

Good location just off of Gran Via. Apartment was nice, no problems whatsoever. Beware there is no lift so lots of stairs to climb! Would definitely go back. Thanks

Perfect Location, close to shops, good tapas restaurants and bars...we walked everywhere. Lovely apartment, it is 5 floors up but hey...it was worthy after all! It has all the necessary things and the beds are so comfy. We absolutely loved it!

Apartments are comfortable enough. But only fifth floor gets to work hard) There are three Metro stations nearby and major of sights is also closely. Gloria is helper of the owner very kind and friendly.
