Cozy Double Room

The apartment was right near the subway, so there is a star. It was very uncomfortable, no pictures, dirty walls, cold water. Brrrrr! Shame):

We stayed 3 nights in Raquel's apartment and spent a very good time there. When we arrived we were somewhat disappointed with the state of cleanliness because the apartment in the photos tip top geflegt appeared. The apartment has some dirty corners and on the beds we could not sleep well. However, the price-performance ratio is very tuned. We were fortunate to be the home for two nights we have alone. Overall, the apartment is very well located. The metro station "Urgel" is about 20 meters away and takes you to your destination quickly. On foot it takes about 30-40 minutes to the center (Puerta del Sol). Raquel is a very affectionate and open person. If you leave until the evening, you may leave your luggage still in the apartment and pick it up later.

Small but nice room in beautifully furnished apartment, perfect for a city tour. The apartment is well situated one has both a Metro and several bus lines right outside the door. Raquel is always available, helpful and super nice! Highly recommended.

My accommodation was quite pleasant in Spain, Madrid is an amazing city! and completely recomentada to all who are interested in bohemian. My stay at the apartment was pretty good, never had any problems, although the room is a bit small for couples, but for an individual meets necessary. Sometimes smelled a little smoke, but was solved by opening the window to let the air circulate. The route to the city center is within 15 minutes by underground, each round trip to the center (depending on the season you go) but for example, if you go to America, the price is 1.50 euros ( only the way). Rachel is a very b ood people. And the truth is that the apartment was always kept completely clean. Of course it also depends on each in keeping it clean and tidy.

We spent a week at Raquel in the apartment 4B. The previous contact was smooth and we were given a detailed route from the airport to her apartment and have found executed well. The apartment 4B located on the fourth floor WITHOUT elevator. The staircase is used to and just for people who like to climb stairs. Raquel gave us a VERY nice and overall was very open and helpful. However, the apartment and especially the room did not meet our expectations. Our room was VERY small. Because really fit in. The only two beds, which were more like two single camp beds, a chair and a wardrobe. The closet was full of stuff, so we could not use it. Our two rooms, the room was packed. The room was very cold and loaded it really just for sleeping. The kitchen did not invite you to cook and the fridge was not as clean. The bathroom was very small but clean, if you have not looked closely. Living room was not clean and we did not use it. In some places, the floor tiles were loose and the apartment was an overall renovation impression.One reason to book this room was the balcony. UNFORTUNATELY we use the could not. Sofa was dirty. The balcony was served and especially five marijuana plants were in the balcony, who smelled so strong that you could not sit there any longer. The smell was to smell throughout the apartment. The view was great, but because we could not stop there, we also had nothing on view. The apartment and the room has the advantage that Raquel is very nice and the apartment doorstep has a metro station and also the night bus stops at the door. We are not really picky or have high standards, but this apartment has disappointed us yet. Especially when it comes to cleanliness. We have not managed it in the weeks to feel comfortable.

Madrid is a great city and a must see Madrid are, overall, very nice. Without asking, it is sometimes the ones who offer their help to guide you. Respect to stay at our hostess, it went well. We were well received.

Very nice apartment, very close to the metro station, cash point and supermarket Dia. Great friendly hosts and two lovely cats. Apartment equipped with all the necessary stuff... and very fine terrace.

The apartment is very clean of crude, is quietly behind the main street and right next to the metro station. The room is cozy and stylish. (Towels were vorhaden! Room offers the comfort of a fan!) From the balcony you have a fleeting but beautiful views of the cathedral and the castle. The next visit we would book this room definitely be back again!

Roh is very nice and helpful, the food is a little too small and in general throughout the apartment the bathroom and the room, which is a double room, which is a room with two beds, the living room is too small for both chamber that of a living room, where you eat?
