Decorated Apt in Heart of Gracia

Make sure if youre taking a cab that they know it's the Gracia district, we were dropped off at a similiar street name 30 minutes away. Cynthia was very nice, and drew us a map to tell us where we could find food, and also gave us the details on how to get back to the airport since we were not going to try a cabbie again. Very nice small apartment in the quiet and safe Gracia district. Perfect for 3 adults. Close to many restaurants, but not good for late night shopping(especially when you run out of toilet paper). Unfortunately, the blankets left for us were dirty(had a juice/wine stain and something else on it) and the bed in the smaller room is uncomfy. I figured out by the last night that if you sleep in the opposite direction it's more comfortable but other than that the place was great!

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a lovely stay in the apartment, the Gracia neighborhood is a lively area with many bars and restaurants. Also the metro is just a 7-minute walk. the apartment does not have much daylight but is otherwise very cozy. you can in the garage "Winsor" at extremely discounted price your car (or 25 min walk). using the manager of the apartment in short, to repeat for us. grtz. Functional apartment, well located and very well designed, but the furniture began to be used (lamps damaged, broken chair, little plates only 3 coffee for breakfast, etc. .....) and unfortunately not replaced. The neighborhood is fine, but the apartment seems a bit expensive for what it offers, could be better care ... We also had to wait half an hour until he reached the girl who gave us the keys. If I return to Barcelona look different option.

This property is very pleasant. It is close to facilities such as the subway, supermarket, some shops and a nice neighborhood! A pleasant place to stay. The service is top notch!

Apartment OK. The employee (Cynthia) OK. Bath towels bad gewäschen - were gray. Bathroom for years not thoroughly cleaned - in between tiles and the glass shower fungus. Shower drain clogged, as previously announced by the others your tenant. Caution when Cynthia ordered taxi to the airport! Taxi is no counter for it with the comic table - min € for 15 - 45. ;-) Ride from the airport to Alzina was 30, - € (on Sunday) ... So - all in all - Mediteraner flair as is known - for example, in Italy could be worse.

The apartment was fine, fully equipped. Especially the location was perfect. Gracia is a very lively area with many bars, shops and terraces are present. The squares and the atmosphere appealed to us. Really a must in this way to explore Barcelona.

Nice comfortable appartment, close to the metro in a beautiful neighbourhood. Generally clean and equipped with all the necessities. Nice bar La Pausa around the corner. Highly recommend
