House rules

No pets and no smoking allowed.

Check-in and Checkout
Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 2pm and 10pm on the day of arrival. Late arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Guests are required to check out by no later than 11am on the day of departure.

Smoking
For the comfort of our guests, our place is a strictly non smoking accommodation establishment.

Valuables
We do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.
It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles.

General Indemnity for At the park Accommodation
Whilst every care has been taken by us to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, we do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

Loss or Damage to At the park Accommodation
Should our place suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Right of Admission Reserved
At the park accommodation at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
Should we at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.

Super great apartment that can be available for 4 people. Class kitchen, all very stylish. The residential area in the park is very good, 5 minutes walk to bus and train is at or shopping or bike rental. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Only the parking situation is a bit complicated: Before the house € 2.40 per hour Mon - Sat ec-/Kreditkarte With the machine on Sunday and public holidays, free parking. But overall, all highly recommended!

We spent 3 days on Amsterdam at "At the Park". having a lovely weekend. The house is clean, very comfortable and there is eveything you can need. The owner is nice and helped us with everything we needed, before and during our trip. Strongly recommended.

3 nov.geboekt for such concert of Counting Crows to visit, what you do not expect to exterior: splendor floor, clean, fully equipped and very friendly owners. This address is in our system!

The apartment is small but comfortably modern and very fein.Sehr sauber.Wir us have felt very comfortable. With the metro and bus within easy reach. Nearby you can also rent bikes.

The apartment is centrally located, overlooking the park! We used the tram traffic, but you can also rent bikes in the area. Very clean, the bathroom is very small but newly renovated. Kitchen well furnished. The two bedrooms are connected by a small door. It's a bit noisy. Overall, the apartment is beautifully eingrichtet bright and functional. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

friendly welcome, pleasant stay, everything is provided for a carefree stay. at very manageable distance of everything that can be seen near Amsterdam, also a nice park walk belongs to the possibilities. for us a very successful experience, which continues to be repeated.

The apartment of Charlotte and Quintin I can recommend without reservation. There is a purpose-built kitchen, microwave, gas stove, water heater, dishwasher, everything available. The best way to get through Amsterdam by bike. From the apartment you can reach in a short time all the important points in the city. We had parked our car in the car park en Lommer Boos. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED! On the first day we had eingeschalgen the driver's window. Luckily we had left any valuables. At the police station we were told that this was the least secure parking garage in Amsterdam, Charlottes previous guests had reportedly no problems there. So Super apartment, good traffic, very quiet at night. Gladly again next visit to Amsterdam.

Balm for the soul- a lovely, calm, tidy and comfortable place to relax where you can leave all problems behind. Everything was carefully arranged and the aestetically atmosphere of the apartment enchanted us right from the start.
