Quiet and Luxurious Roof Apartment with A/C and parking

Very good, quiet apartment in a good neighborhood. Free parking is available on the street. Two railway lines in the immediate vicinity. Both run directly to the city. Cafe a few blocks away. The host information regarding shopping and connectivity were exemplary. Also, its flexibility and accessibility with respect to acquisition and transfer. Was a very nice stay.

The apartment is just wonderful and exactly as shown on the pictures. We immediately felt at home. Most of all we were impressed by the functionality of the device. In this apartment no wish remains open. Just great, and it will probably not be the last time that we will stay here.

We were in April 2013 for a few days in Vienna. At the apartment there is really nothing wrong and despite the nearly 30 degrees, which prevailed in the last days in Vienna, was a good and effective loading or. Vent possible by the large skylight. Since it is very quiet in the area at night (but also during the day), it was easily possible to have a window open at night. The center of Vienna can be easily reached by S-Bahn (approx. 20 min). Return trips to the apartment with the S-Bahn are possible even late into the night. A thank you also to the host for the nice and easy contact.

Who in this house does not immediately feel at home, should not travel only. We have felt ourselves very well. The description of the apartment is right down to the smallest detail. It was nice and cozy. We will be back for sure!

In September I was 10 days in Vienna: the apartment was was wonderful Markus for a longer stay ... it is a bit out from the center, which is nevertheless easy to reach, it is away from the bustle of the center. The location is really quiet in a beautiful green area. The decor of the apartment is nice, modern and lacks nothing. On my next stay in Vienna I will definitely stay here again. Markus is the owner very nice and helpful!

We enjoyed a very short trip to Vienna, not least because of the apartment to be recommended by Markus. The tastefully decorated and well appointed apartment made it easy for us to immediately feel at home! The location is convenient because you can park your car problem and direct tram ride is in the center. Mark was a very friendly and helpful host. We would love to come back!
