Thoughtfully refurbished and interior designed, this dream house is located in a quiet crescent, overlooking a child friendly, gated communal garden.
The front door is also set back from the road by the gorgeous, private front garden. Water features, birds and an abundance of colour surrounds as you relax on the garden chair whilst watching the evening sun set over Notting Hill.
The welcoming combination of traditional soft furnishings and beautifully lit, colour-blushed interior design pampers the senses and inspires the soul.
The house is very quiet and is blessed by having no neighbours to the rear. Opening the patio doors at the back to link the patio with the kitchen and dining areas makes for a wonderfully peaceful al fresco ambience. A far cry from the London buzz. And the buzz… the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is home to some of the most interesting and enjoyable attractions in London.
From the ever-hip King's Road in Chelsea to the more recently popular Notting Hill and Portobello; the shopping heaven that is Kensington High Street & Harrods; the fantastic greenery and scenery of Kensington Gardens; to some of London's top museums, located in South Kensington. St Marks park, only 5 minutes walk away, houses a fantastic water park and adventure playground for the kids, which is overlooked by a charming outdoor café for the less energetic.
The wonderful local bars and eateries are a treasure easily discovered and a short tube or bus ride is all that separates you from the glittering delights of the West End and London city center.
Owned by a very successful film director, the aesthetic luxury and homeliness of the interior is a testimony to the owner's many years of experience behind the silver screen. A stay here will leave you inspired and hopefully full of wonderful memories from this eclectic city.
