This is a superlocation!!! Eric and the apparment are a bless. The appartment is located close to the gare de nord and you have quick acces to everything in Paris by metro and on foot. On the other hand it's very quiet and relaxing. Everything you need for visiting the city. Eric is a super host. He knows Paris and has very good tips. Also his french way of living is worth a visit. If you go to Paris don't look any futher this is the place to be and you will just like us never forget your holiday in Paris!!

Eric lives in a prime location, is very helpful and a good host. Even though our room, in March, was too cold and the bed like a trampoline, we still had a lot of fun: D

Hello everyone! I spent months with Eric, it was a wonderful time! The apartment is beautiful, it is even beautiful than the pictures, it is in a beautiful location on a street living and extraordinary. All curiosities are close to the apartment (there is also a metro station with three differant lines, which, in my opinion, are the most important). Eric is an amazing man, thanks to him I spent unforgettable time in Paris. Everyone has opportunity to get acquainted with him will be very very very very happy! If I return to Paris, no doubt I will stay sanatoria in Eric!

What can I say, the apartment is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and is perfectly situated on a bustling street! Eric is a superb host if you want him to be but gives you plenty of space if you're on business and passing through. Very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the cities eateries, it was a pleasure not only to stay here but to have had the chance to meet Eric. Thanks again!

We had a short stay in Paris and decided to stay at Eric's B&B as it's near the Gare Du Nord/D Est metro station. Eric has a good taste in interior space and design. Cosy rooms, kitchen and a nice bathroom with hot showers. Eric shares useful information around the city - both touristy and non-touristy things to do.

Good home owner. Eric knows how to welcome with joy and a sense of sharing guests. We will not forget the pleasant conversations and good times in the apartment. We will not forget especially exceptional breakfasts prepared with love by the owner, Eric. We highly recommend Eric and his sense of hospitality. We told him very soon, probably in January for another stay in the capital and in the great neighborhood of her apartment.

Clean and nice room witch have everything you need if you want to stay in a private room. Eric is verry relaxte. The street is vivid, and has a lot of bars/restaurants/toko's. I didnt know this part of Paris, but really liked it. You can walk around if you want, and the subway brings you in a short time everywere you want to go in Paris. It is next to Gare du Nord / L'est, parking by car is very expensive but closeby.

Eric is not complicated, it is attentive, charming and helpful. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, ideally located in a typical Parisian neighborhood, multicultural conclusion: stay here for a visit to Paris guarantees good basis, you will not find in a hotel.
