Iyabo is a super affectionate hostess and cook. the room, the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are neat and clean.

In her review about me, she didn't even address the issue of barging in my room without a reasonable cause. She doesn't seem to trust guests that she feels inferior to. I have seen 30+ properties in London and this one ranks in the bottom. I wrote that in the guestbook to be fake like her and pretend everything is fine because I just wanted to get the hell out of that hellhole and not discuss any further. There are really WAY nicer places in London for a better price with a functioning shower. Her ad is false since this place DOES NOT HAVE A PROPER SHOWER. Trust me. The positive reviews came from foreigners who dont know any better, but this place is seriously overpriced for council housing. I bet she didnt barge into anyone else's room to get those positive reviews. FOR ANYONE booking this place even aftert this review, please have her promise not to barge into your room at 10:30am to 'retrieve the guestbook.' It's the lamest excuse I have ever heard.

The bedroom was clean and a decent size, but overall, I did not feel comfortable in my stay. The area and neighbourhood is not the nicest and it doesn't feel safe for a single female. The shower and hot water barely even worked and you had to mix the two in a bucket to take a proper bath. Also, Lyabo barged into my room at 10:30am with they key without even a reason. It was very rude and highly disruptive. She claims it was for safety measures, but I came home at midnight which is not unreasonable. The other guest came back at 3AM and her room wasn't barged into. For £40/night, you could do much better. Stay away from this room. It's in council housing and far from the tube station. The free cereal doesn't make up for an unpleasant stay.

Very nice person, very kind hospitality. The flat has a good situation, not far fom the center of London ( it's very easy with the bus). The appartement is very tiny but the hospitality is very large.A little bit busy in the morning because of the flights above (if you have a noise sensibility and if you want sleeping in the morning, it ll be better with bowl Quies in your ear)

We had a splendid stay at Lyabo's home. She is a true host with kindness and support for her guests.

Hello everyone! Now I am left with Wimdu ... and still a great experience. I visited London with a friend but I'm not here to talk about my vacation! On our hostess, I will remember sounds smile (SMILE!) And his kindness. Arriving around 21:00, we were treated to a fruit juice and a small home conversation. The room was clean with a fridge, a bottle of mineral water, some candy, flyers London ... : Already there, I could see that Iyabo was welcoming. Small marks of attention that make you say there's a little more human in the relationship Wimdu! Well, certainly the apartment is small, but I ask only to sleep in peace, in clean and safe and that was the case. There are shops nearby and a bus that goes to Vauxalls (subway station). For the more adventurous you can go on foot in 15 minutes makes you earn by bus (the price of transport in London is very expensive and I advice you to take a pass or a card that you load ...) . Moreover, we were perfectly suited Iyabo by email how to come home. I later regretted not taking the time to talk with Iyabo and dinner or breakfast conversing with family ... but the program was loaded in 4 and a half days. We spend a great time in London at Iyabo. Hostess very friendly, gave us loads of information about the operation of the bus. The area is well served in this regard. It is true that the apartment (kitchen and bathroom) is a little small, but we slept very well there. Do not hesitate to stay there!

It was very nice to stay at Iyabo`s small flat. She is very friendly. The Bed is big and comfortable. You stay in a very privat home with a lot of privat things around you. First it is a little bit difficult to find the house, but it is very close to Bus Stations and Overground. There are a lot of small supermarkets and Mac Donalds in near of Iyabo`s home.
