Exclusive Terrace in Sultanahmet

Large room and very large closes terrace with the most amazing view to the Marmara Sea. The host's parents live in the property and are the sweetest people you can imagine. Incredibly helpful. My friend and I were invited to attend the wedding ritual for their son with subsequent cocktail party. It was interesting and also great sweet of them.

Very special to sit in the old part of Istanbul which you walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace can visit. The apartment was fine to stay, with two of nine wonderful days that space. And a super hospitality! A very peaceful and quiet area, the thundering train after, but you get used to, and the mosque early in the morning you call to prayer, but you can hear throughout Istanbul. Does have its charm again. I would so want to go back.

My husband and I were so lucky to find this place and meet Kaya family. Tansel is an amazing guy, generous and full of resources. He went above the role of a host with showing us around at the Asian side and Taksim. He even performed magic for us ! The flat itself was at a perfect location, just several minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and the Old Palace! Rooms are very comfortable, we just felt at home each night back to this warm unit in a istanbul winter. A map, printed city recommendations, Istanbul cards and even a local mobile phone were prepared by the family upon arrival. They also provide free bottle water, Turkish delights, cheese and cookies! What can we say? Everything was just perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again in the next visit.

It was our first time in Istanbul and we felt like home. Tansel and his family were very helpful. The house was bigger than we thought. It is close to Hagia Sophia and the major attractions. The kitchen is a big plus and the grocery shops are very close.

Me and my wife, we had great pleasure staying at this charming house. It was very cozy, big and close to the historical downtown. The host family was very friendly.

The house is very close to all main attractions. I could easily walk to all of them. The neighborhood is very peaceful and authentic. I loved the seaside most, it was fun to do morning walks. Great hosts, very helpful and friendly.

Mr. Kaya, who is the house master, was very kind. And the room is very comfortable in good location.
