SMOKING:
You are very welcome to smoke in our private cobble stone court yard, sitting by the plants, but please be aware that my neighbors who are living here all year round, will appreciate if you, do it in silence...and avoid putting buds in plants.
but No Smoking INSIDE. Following renters could be annoyed by the smell of cigarettes

CLEANING FEE: 30 EUROS
sheets are home washed & hand pressed
please give it in cash on your arrival day, directly to Greeter.
this amount is a flat fee independent from the number of nights, you will sleep in apartment.

CHECK-IN POLICY : we request Check-IN by NOON (12pm)
in order for us to tidy the house for your arrival:
If your landing is EARLY MORNING and ONLY IF the previous family has vacated the house by 10 am, you may drop your luggage earlier & return at NOON or later in the day, when the house will be cleaned & ready for you. You will be given a set of keys.

CHECK-OUT POLICY : we request Check-OUT before 10am
If your flight is later in the day and you need to leave after 10 am, and ONLY IF the following guests agree, you may leave your luggage in the house and pick it up, at the latest at 5pm. You cannot however stay in the house after 10am.
The housekeeper will start tidying the house by 9:30am, so please ensure your luggage is packed in advance.

LATE CHECK-IN or CHECK-OUT POLICY
We understand that international flights can sometimes arrive or depart at inconvenient times. We will do our best to accommodate your early and late arrivals and departures. **Please note, however, that for any check-in or check-outs before 8 am or after 8 pm there will be an extra fee of 50 Euros to be paid in CASH directly to your Greeter.
Waiting Delay
Please note, however, that for any unreasonable delay that hasn't been previously communicated on the reservation form, a WAITING charge will be due and will cost 15 euros / hour. to be paid directly to person greeting you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT : 200 euros
