Room with Amazing View! (SR)

Everything was ok. Nice places around to eat and drink. Close to everything. But a bit expensive for a B&B without breakfast...

Great location (metro and supermarket in the immediate vicinity). Rooms very clean with daily cleaning. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, no table in the room, which makes the breakfast table. Also, you have to - except coffee-supply themselves with breakfast. But we would go back any time ... Especially because of the great views. All in all, recommending to real when one is not on the big comfort ....

Comfortable and very clean. Very nice view, neighborhood can be a little eccentric (little to do except good restaurants recommended by Gianpaolo). The small breakfast is actually a bit sketchy (only coffee / tea) but we were warned by the comments so it is not a big problem. Gianpaolo sent us a very practical level to access its home from the airport, it was perfect ... This is a very good place (except for the "partiers" because the subway leading to lively neighborhoods close to 23:30 at night!).

Gianpaolo was an extraordinary host. Provided me and my friends with maps of the city, and how to get around in the Metro. Metro is walking distance from the apartment. Apartment has a superb view of Rome, that highilights the rooftops of several tourist attractions. Makes a great photoshoot of panaromic views! It was really clean and safe. Comfortable beds with a good heating system. Gianpaolo is really helpful in getting you around the city.

Very good place to stay for 30€ per night, close indeed to the center and the metro is with really easy access! The room was perfectly clean. A little minus would go to the noise you hear from the street (but it's really no big deal when you know you're staying in a capitale). The host was really obliging. I strongly recommend this place (at least for off-season period).

we had the room at the main street-side: nice, spacy apartment, good bed, fine bathroom (to share with guests from one other room, so it can happen that you've to wait a moment 'till they are ready), beautiful view indeed. friendly and helpful host, ready to answer questions. location is great: 8 minutes walk from a train station to the airport, 4 minutes to a metro-stop (directly to the vaticano, for instance). absolutely recommended.

The rooms is clean and bright and the view is stunning of the city. The apartment is a short walk to the metro station so its easy to get into central Rome. You can also walk to the main attractions if you like to explore. I would stay there again!

The palce was great. It was clean and had a great view over rome just as promised. I had my own key so that i could come and go any time. The trainstation is really close so it took me like 10-15 minutes to be in the city center. The host helped me with reorganizing the bed and some information on the bus close by. The only thing missing was the breakfast but due to the fact that italians don´t really eat breakfast its understandable. But i could drink a coffee or some tea in the morning and had some space in a refrigerator to keep some food there. But all in all its a great palce to stay.

Nice, helpful host. Nice big room. Very clean and nice. Under bed and breakfast we had imagined a breakfast. This was merely to unlimited free tea or coffee. But otherwise highly recommended.
