Flat Near Charlottenburg Palace

Very nice and big apartment in Charlottenburg. Clean and properly decorated. Quite street, near metro station. The only problem could be that you have to step up until the 4th floor cause there is no lift available. Rather for the sporty people or the ones in good shape,

The apartment is nice, bright, and quiet. The rooms are spacious. The apartment was very clean. Although it is not in the city center, is well served by public transport. The nearest U-bahn station is 4-minute walk away from the apartment. Jens was very nice with us. We had a really good time in Berlin. Antonio and Aurora (from Spain)

Apartment highly recommended, located in a quiet street but with great access to the center of Berlin (lines U2 and U7), Bus 109 for Tegel Airport by the house. Great restaurants and supermarkets nearby and open until late. Great facilities by the owner at the time of arrival and departure. No objection to the apartment, as described by the owner. Spacious, clean, bright. A pleasure our stay in Berlin.

A pleasant, light and quiet appartment on the fourth floor. We brought our bicycles, which we could store safely in the back yard. An ideal place (also close to public transport) to start exploring the city, easy accessable and many good places in the neighbourhood to go for a drink or a meal. Highly recommended!

A very good, clean and tidy apartment. There was what you needed. The apartment was fine in terms of transport. Fantastic location. Quiet neighborhood with good bakery right near the apartment where you can enjoy delicious breakfast. The host was nice and very helpful and friendly.

Great location 2 minutes to Adenauer Platz on Kufürstendamm. Nice and clean apartment but everything you lack the necessities. The host is cozy and welcoming hall is very quiet and a lift for those who do not bother stairs. All in all 'good value for your money'! Highly recommended.

The apartment is a good size and very clean without unnecessary "bells and whistles", the situation calmly. Despite the very busy residential area There are many culinary options (such as breakfast in the sun at the "milk Bubis") and transport links is the ideal Haubachstraße (U2, U7, bus) to reach all the other beautiful places in Berlin. The host is very nice, the housing - and key delivery was a breeze.
