Relaxing Room Near the City

Had an amazing time staying with this family. Everyone was great, they really did treat us like family. Late night drama watching, sometimes you'll catch the father signing, the home cooked meals are fantastic. We stayed here for 2 out of 3 weeks we were in Korea, we wanted to stay longer but it was too late to cancel our other arrangement. We've had a great experience, made a great friend, now we're just deciding on when to go back!

I totally agree with the review of Simeone below. The mother is very kind and she was always asking me if I was hungry every time she saw me! Lol!! ^^ She cooked for me typical Korean food and i appreciated it. I think it is a great place to stay if you want to improve your Korean language skills. Sadly, mine are very poor. That's why I couldn't talk a lot with the mother and the father even if they talked to me a lot (especially the mother ^^). Moreover, she did my laundry. She also took me to the airport limousine station when I left. It is not far ~ 5 min walk, very close to the Seoul National University subway station. You also can borrow an umbrella when it is raining outside. I stayed here for four weeks and I really enjoyed my stay :') I really recommend this place.

Staying with this family was a great experience. This was my first time coming to Korea and I didn't know what to expect, but they made me feel at home. You will actually live with the father and mother of the person you speak with on Wimdu Neither speaks much English, so if you hav not learned any Korean and are not interested in doing so, look elsewhere. This is a great experience for someone looking to learn and practice their Korean. The father is away at work most of the day till late and the mother cooks for every meal, and if she isn't home there is always something available in the fridge. They eat very healthy in this household, so come open minded and try something new! I am a heavy meat eater and living on 80% vegetables was an eye opener for how doable that way of life is. I would recommend this place to anyone with an open mind to try new things and put forth the effort to learn more about the Korean way of life. Of course, you can lock yourself in your room if you like, but that is a waste of a good experience. Live a little!

Stay here. Na jung is adorable and her family is so sweet. Her mom's cooking is some of the best Korean food I tasted in Seoul. The location is convenient and the price is a steal for such an authentically Korean experience! I had a great time, and they really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had a good time.

I have a great time staying with this Korean family. It feel like I am staying with my friend. they been really great host and helpful during the time I am staying there. Next time i visit Seoul. I am staying in the same place :)
