The Apartments are self-servicing&self-catering, non-smoking, have TV with free M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV"), Free Wifi, have very good sea & mountain views, and each consists of 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, separate lounge with double sleeper couch (pull-out sofa bed), fully equipped self-catering open-plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom with bathtub & overhead shower.

Furnished in uncluttered minimalist style.

Apartment 708 on Level 7 is 9 floors above ground level. The bedroom & lounge are carpeted and have west panoramic views of Lion's Head mountain, Fresnaye suburb & Sea Point suburb and excellent views of the sea on the right. (Apartment 708 has walk-in shower instead of bathtub)

Breakfast (extra R30 per person) & other meals are available at many restaurants next to the building.

The unit is self-servicing, i.e. it is not serviced daily by us. Cleaning & new towels/linen is done by us before check-in & after checkout only.

Check-in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at), is from 4pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day) at our main Reception office at The Centurion All-Suite Hotel in Sea Point (close to our other buildings), irrespective of which building you have booked to stay at. Check-out is up to 10am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day).

Checking out is very convenient for you and us, as it simply involves you leaving the key/remote etc. in the apartment and shutting the front door.

- When we arrived to pick up the keys nobody was there to meet us, even though we had sent our arrival details. Apparently an emergency came up, but it was inconvenient for us to have our cab driver wait the extra 20 minutes with us, and it cost us 100 rand more because we obviously had to give him a good tip for the extra time and wait.

- There is a window in the bedroom that opens to the hallway, where the light is always on, so the bedroom is never dark. Luckily we had something to hang over to help, but hopefully some blinds or something will get put over the window to help keep the light out.

- The toilet makes the most awful noise when you flush it, loud enough to wake up anybody that may still be sleeping, unfortunately.

- I had read that there is noise from the market, but didn't realize that it starts at 6:30 every morning, lasting until 9 or so, and it's not just voices, but clanging of metal as they set up their stands. It is quite loud and woke me every morning unfortunately.
