Affordable Studio Apartment (V25-10003)

From the description on the website it seems that the owner is a Mrs. Brigitte, in reality it turns out that to manage the property in Reichenhaller strasse is a company that manages dozens of apartments in Monaco of Bavaria, but it does so amateurish, as was just a natural person and not very bright. When you send them an e-mail, the answer comes after a few days late. For several days did not indicate where the palace was the site of the waste or gave vague directions ... like a treasure hunt! Even the pen internet (additional 3 Euros per day) suddenly does not work anymore and had to send another email to reactivate the service. At the end of the stay I asked for the refund of the deposit of 500 euro, not getting any response for several days and at the end a couple of vague answers.I turned to Wimdu, but the company has informed me of being overwhelmed by requests from users. Then, when I was now ready to turn to a lawyer, I suddenly saw credited to the account an amount of 475 euro without notice. I write to my bank and find out that this has not deducted any amount, but that the retention was probably carried out by the beneficiary bank for the management of the bank and for its return. So I gave up to the amount of 25 € that I deserve, but I have to conclude that the behavior of dayroom24 GMBH and Wimdu (the latter after much anticipation I returned to the real estate company) has been catastrophic literally on the edge of the complaint!

We had a comfortable trip here and I would recommend it for a short stay in Munich. The place was clean, but slightly smaller than I was expecting. The building was quite lively but the area wasn't noisy and the apartment was extremely central, very close to the underground. The internet was slightly slow, but apart from that everything else was in good-condition.

The beds are good. The apartment is at the back, so it's quiet. From the apartment but overall I'm disappointed. The whole apartment smells smoky, behind the heater goes off the insulation of the ceiling lamp cables are not covered, the sill was very dirty, the Abspülbecken is old and unappettitlich. The white curtains displayed on the Internet does not exist not even a shutter.

The beds are good, the living room with kitchenette is quite nett.Die apartment goes to St. Veitstr. out, so it is not very quiet. The bathroom smells strongly of smoke. This is unpleasant.

The apartment was perfectly furnished and met our expectations! It was a pity that the Zustellcouch is only suitable for an adult. This gives enough for three. I would book it again :-)!

Comfortable, warm, very accesible apartment. Great for transport links, shops and cafes. Very clean and tidy. Ideal way to stay in the city without the expesnse of Hotel.

Large apartment than enough for 5 people with two sofa beds in the living room plus a double bed. A little far from metro 10min but next tram Goete institute that serves the city well. Super stay bad TV and WIFI is not market

For tourists without a car bad situation. Provides insight into Munich daily living.
