Adorable Apartment in Old Nice

A really nice apartment and will definitely book again.

Perfectly located apartment in the 'old' Nice. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. Highly recommended! The host is very nice and makes for a good stay. Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor, no lift.

Beautiful apartment, cozy area with a lot of life. Close to the market and to nice restaurants. The apartment is not recommended during the winter when it was really cold at night. The landlord came with extra blankets and they were needed. The apartment was smaller than we thought.

A really nice and charming apartment with a very good location in the old town. Ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment is on the fourth floor so there are many stairs to go in! Can imagine to rent it again if / when I go back. Mia, Halmstad

Very nice apartment in the old town! All that is needed is available in the apartment: one and the hosts are easy and pleasant people. The only thing that can be good to know is that you hear the sound of the town quite as good as it has been a bit difficult to fall asleep, it may be good to have earplugs.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host, Jean-Francois very welcoming and helpful. Lots of information on what to do and where to go. Apartment was exactly as described and scrupulously clean. Kitchen was very well equipped - everything you could possible need. Local market fantastic and apartment is very close to the beach. Public transport is excellent and very cheap. Masses of local bars and restaurants and the local cuisine is very good. Watch out, though, for pickpockets near the station.

Welcome to our host. Apartment very well located in the old nice, very well renovated, tastefully decorated, new equipment, but no air conditioning that could cool the apartment for the night. Difficult nights: much ado amount of the square and surrounding streets, even windows closed.

An authentic and cozy apartment in the old town of Nice. The beach is within walking distance and you're right in the coziness of the restaurants and shops. The only drawbacks were that you had to drag suitcases up four flights of stairs, no elevator and that the night can be noisy. We had a great time had in this apartment, and recommend it.

Excellent apartment, location, amenities, everything - we want to keep this property to ourselves when we come back to Nice! Everything was as advertised and better. Location perfect, spacious enough for our family (2 adults, 1 child), great amenities, clean and new, and Jean Francois was a great host - thanks!
