Perfect stay perfect apartment for a family of 4 (2 girls aged 9 years). Innkeepers, friendly and super helpful, full central Paris apartment fully compliant with the description on the website. Really nothing to complain about except that compliments. Another big thank you to Xavier and Kristina for services rendered. We strongly recommend this property!

The apartment is located in the center of Paris, so it was very convenient to reach every attraction in Paris by metro or by walk. and a grocery store is near the apartment. All I need to stay was provided, and the host Xavier and Kristina were so kind. I was delayed by 3 hours abruptly so I couldn't notice them in advance, but they waited for me so kindly without any late check-in penalty, and even came to pick up me and my family at almost midnight in reasonable price.:) 파리 중심부에 위치해있는 아파트로 메트로 3호선 2개 역 중간에 위치하여(각각 도보 5분 이내 거리) 교통이 매우 편리하며 오페라 및 주요 관광지와 가까워 걸어서 이동하기에도 편리합니다. 아파트 바로 옆에 마트가 있어 식품 사오기도 좋습니다. 대부분의 시설이 갖추어져 있고 Wimdu에 올라온 다른 아파트가 보증금 및 청소비, 늦은 체크인비를 따로 받는데에 반해 이 아파트는 그러한 제반 사항이 숙박비에 모두 포함되어 있어 매우 좋습니다. 다만 실내용 슬리퍼를 준비해오시면 완벽할 것입니다. 원래 파리에 저녁 7시 도착 예정이었는데 망할 영국항공이 3시간 지연됐다고 당일날 아침에 갑자기 알려주는바람에 주인에게 미리 연락을 못했는데 런던에서 환승할 때 전화해서 이러이러해서 숙소에 밤 11시쯤 도착할 것 같다고 하니 불평도 없이 자가용으로 공항 픽업 서비스를 합리적인 가격에 제공해주었습니다.

House very nice and functional, ideal location and perfect for a stay in Paris because close to the Metro, to 'Hard Rock coffee, Bd Montmartre, Notre Dame de Paris .. Xavier and Kristina very kind and helpful.

Super weekend. We were very well received by Kristina. The apartment was well located to the places we wanted to visit (the Louvre, the Père Lachaise, the Grevin Museum, the Champs-Elysées) and an excellent value. Recommend

Charming apartment with exposed beams in a small very quiet street. It is very well kept and the owners are lovely. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, like many in Paris, so be careful with your bags because it is a bit narrow. The neighborhood is lively and you're really close to everything. The metro is a 5 minute walk.

Apartment well located, spacious lacking nothing. We were well received and were able to enjoy the apartment until the departure of our train late in the evening, which allowed us to visit Paris without our luggage to wear. Thanks again

Kristina was a wonderful host! She was friendly, and put my fiance and two step-children completely at ease. It is sometimes hard to settle in a strange city but we felt very safe and at home in the apartment. A great location and a very clean and spacious apartment (considering the layout!).

We loved our stay in Kristina and Xavier apartment. Even though we were late, she was there to meet us. Plenty of room for four people, can even be enough to for 5 people. The only negative thing about the apartment was that it was the stairs but we already knew about and if you want to live like a true Parisian way it should be with stairs. Good kitchen and nice bedrooms. Location was very good, close to shops, bars and restaurants. If we go to Paris again, we would certainly book this apartment. Recommend it strongly.

Thanks for everything! The holiday home was very good, clean, and near to everything (Louvre, supermarket, restaurants, brasseries). By taxi you can go anywhere for a cheap price, or you can simply go by metro, because there are two metro stations in the area. Xavier and Kristina helped us very much and are very friendly hosts. Thanks a lot!!

This apartment was the perfect base for our visit to Paris. Together with our three daughters, we can sleep in peace. It was perfectly fine.
