Studio ideally located in the heart of Paris

The location is really great and the apartment is located in a very nice house. There is a basement apartment with a window and two electric heaters, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. Small but my. Expensive but Paris. Otherwise, everything worked out fine.

A totally beautiful place to stay in Paris! The place is so nice, clean, perfect beds and linnens, big towels. The appartment is really in the heart of Paris, but still a quiet place in a very special and lovely place. I warmly recomend this place!!

Family with 3 kids, great apartment in a very nice neighborhood in landscaped home. From the roof overlooking the Sorbonne, centrally located, totally clean, attend to every detail perfect transfer. Around the corner on a nice place good breakfast options in the front house is a small hotel. Overall, a perfect location for a long weekend in Paris.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and everything is available. We were four of us and we felt very comfortable. The location is good and quiet, a metro station is nearby. You can even free parking the car in front of the house on weekends. We will come back and can highly recommend this apartment and its owner.

We stayed in the apartmet for three nights (2 parents + 2 kids, 6 and 9) and we loved it. There was everything you need available in the apartment (obviously, you don´t stay at home when you´r ein Paris ...). Stéphane was very kind and did not really mind us being late although he had a tough day (well, he may have been but as I said, still being very kind). The area is also very nice and just a short walk away from the Trocadéro!

It was great to stay in this appartement - located just between Arc de Triomphe and Tour Eiffel. Well equipped, nice new kitchen and two quiet bed rooms in a great building. Thanks a lot, merci beaucoup!

Super nice appartement!!!! Nice location and clean.

Great apartment in a very central location, right in the very busy area on the Boulevard Saint Michel. The bedrooms are light, rather small for a short city trip absolutely io The living room is practical, something dark as the window into the inner courtyard. The handover of the apartment was simple and very efficient! The only drawback we found the little noise insulating windows and walls.

Excursion Stammtisch, 30 year anniversary, 5 ladies. Great apartment, clean, had everything you need, ideal location, many were able to walk, great area with lots of little local places where you could also eat well and cheaply. Stephan (our key donors), but unfortunately let us wait was very nice and left us plenty of time for checkout. Thus, we could leave the luggage in the apartment and still make a round in the city until it was time to leave .. What was not agreed but the deposit of 100 EUR-. Should have been informed in advance.

Beautiful apartment very well located to recommend. Very good quality / price ratio. Some details that hinder a little daily: doorknobs (bathroom and wardrobe dish) failing, lack of safe (3 bowls for 4 people), nothing to hang our clothes in the room, failing light in the cage stairs in front of the apartment.
