Apartment near Piazza San Marco

We were greeted upon arrival of the boat from the airport Lorenzo was very helpful and friendly. He supported some baggage to lead us to the apartment. Here we have "explained" Venice and the places to visit, said the location of trade (which her near the apartment). Very nice apartment, well located, with mosaic floors of Venice (the same as Doges Palace). Very wide, very quiet and very well decorated. In this beautiful place we spent a perfect week. Its location about 10 minutes from all strategic points of Venice is an ideal place for holidays and tours. Excellent home Christian whose valuable advice have been beneficial. Apartment conformity with the description, very nice and clean in a quiet area and close to everything. Small supermarket 5 minutes for provisions pier (Arsenale) and St. Mark's Square within 10 minutes. Would recommend without hesitation.

5 Stars! Old house "old style" apartment on the 1st Stock. New bathroom and kitchen, the room offers clean antique furniture, good beds. No breakfast, but a grocery store nearby. The main attractions are within walking distance. The landlord takes the guests from the pier arsenals and is actually very helpful. Since there were 6 people, elbowing you are indeed for the bathroom, but because the price was for the individual also correspondingly low. CV

Beautiful apartment, very well located - near San Marco in a small side street, ideal for arrivals by vaporetto. Ideal for families or groups. If you want to receive, the hosts also get really good osterias, away from the tourist traps ... Gladly again!

We were six people staying for 11 days in Venice and had a great time in Ca Pierre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious and became a real home from home. It was quiet and away from the tourist areas although within easy walking distance of all the major sights and several vaporetto stops. We ate mostly in the apartment and shopped locally; supermarket, butcher, bakery, wine on tap etc.all very close. Even the weather was kind to us, so hot at times that we had to use the air conditioning, which was a bonus to have in every room. We really liked the area and would definitely recommend the flat to others.

A fantastic place to stay! It was very easy to reach from the airport by ferry to Arsenale, where we were collected and shown to the flat. Christian gave us lots of detailed information about the local area and the flat itself, as well as providing us with a very welcome Welcome Pack! The appartment was extremely clean and well-equipped and the location was great - quiet but within easy walking distance of the St. Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. We would wholeheartedly recommend this appartment.

The stay in Venice we really enjoyed. The apartment was ideally located slightly off the beaten path, quiet, the center was convenient and easy to reach. Lorenzo and Christian, we received a very friendly and patient informed about everything important. The apartment has a wonderful venezinischen charm with all the conveniences that we wanted as a holiday.
