Description
The flat itself is a 100m2 traditional appartement with cheminees, high ceilings, traditional marseillan floor...but it is mixed with comfort and technology : house lift, full equipment, large bath, wifi...I very like decoration, antics and modern-arty style, and I tried to make this flat as cosy and comfortable as I wished.
My place is located in the very center of Marseille : 8 minutes walk from the famous "Vieux Port"(old fishermen harbour) with all its sunny bars and terrasses, departure of ferries to the Island Frioul or to the Calanques. It is as well 8 minutes walk from the main railway station and just one minute walk to the tram stop on "La Canebière Avenue" and subway "métro Noailles".
The boulevard Garibaldi is just inbetween two very different areas : first, the very nice and traditional mediterranean market of Noailles, exotic and animated and second, "La Plaine", the pedestrian allee of "Le cours Julien" with all its terrasses and the designers' platform of Marseille.
The 2 rooms are quiet and lightfull rooms with large beds, desk, rest chair and every thing to hang your clothes. One room has a double bed, the second room (26sqm2) has 2 double beds. The 4th sofa-double bed is in the living room.
I always make the bed ready before your arrival, you can also ask me for towels if necessary.
As my pleasure to receive you, I speak english, spanish, german, some dutch and of course french!
As a recognized Trek Animator, I 'll be glad to advice you on urban or nature walks around Marseille (with maps).
