Top Located and Cheap! (Courtyard T13)

Very nice clean old apartment, centrally located u quiet, walk 25 minutes to the St. Stephen's Cathedral. The apartment is situated on a courtyard, so no sunlight. Contact the landlady was very friendly and helpful. Cafes and shops are nearby. Would book the apartment again next visit to Vienna.

Assessment of our apartment in Fleischmansgasse 1 in Vienna. Transportation: almost ideal. It was not far from the airport to your destination. Nearly outside the apartment, there were tram that ran straight to the city center. It was easy to get around. There were shops with Spar shop close by and restaurants just as close. With a 72 hour card could run with all public transport. The apartment: good size living room, which consisted of wardrobe, double bed, small table and 2 wicker chairs, TV and internet. The lighting was poor. We missed a dining table / desk and a couple of extra chairs were nice and warm. Kitchen: small but ok, there was a very small table and only one chair, a chair more and a slightly larger board would be good. Utensils were bad, skillet should be replaced. We bought some even include a bread knife. Fridge did not work, but bottom shelf was broken. Washing machine we used not. Bathroom: Good size, with almost separate toilet. Hot water and towel ears. However, the less that the door should be left open to the water heater to work, but it could live with. Towels were put forth, and it was lovely. Since the apartment was away from the main street was very quiet and calm and it was really nice, no noise of any kind. All in all, a good apartment, close to most lacking only a little minor adjustments, so it's perfect. Sincerely, Pia Grahn and Rudi Buchwald

Nice little apartment in a quiet central location. Front of the house, the line 1, which leads to the Opera and the main museums. Also a station of the city bikes. All ok!

Small, nice apartment, a little dark, but very quiet and absolutely central location!

Apartment clean, bright, well equipped and tastefully furnished, all in a characteristic building in Vienna. the center of the city is 10 minutes walk or less: bicycle rental station is located in front of the apartment which is handy. The tram is nearby. Enjoyed the free wifi.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with excellent location close to center and transportation. Very attentive and accommodating host. This apartment is highly recommended.

Everything went well! I was greeted very nicely. A really beautiful old building with lots of charm and everything you could need! Also very conveniently located.

The apartment is centrally located and it extremely quiet. Directly opposite there is a cafe where you can have breakfast super. Even the keys and organization worked wonderfully. We can recommend this apartment with old Viennese charm only!

Indeed, the apartment is well located. The problem is the ants and some flying insects completely covering doorways: a real horror. The second day had ants in my suitcase. In addition, the water heater did not work. The owner was on vacation and gave me a contact ... in Austria speak German implying ... in short: I had no choice but to put up with me!.
