Top Located and Cheap! (Courtyard T13)

Charming flat, beautiful and practical furnishings, centrally located and very quiet. We were a couple three nights and this property can not recommend highly enough. Only the mattress, at least for two, already worn out right.

Very central, good price for a room beautiful, spacious and quiet. The hangers are not very many and not very warm blankets, so cool weather we had during the cold nights - these are the only negatives. We recommend this studio.

The apartment is in a great central location in Vienna and is very friendly. The hostess helped me with questions and requests always welcome. I would definitely rent this apartment again. For me it was the perfect base for exploring Vienna.

Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen und ruhig. Leider war die Wohnung voller Ameisen. Fing mit ein paar im Bad an, die sich aber bis ins Zimmer ausbreiteten. Obwohl wir der Vermieterin direkt bescheid sagten beliess sie es bei einer vertröstenden sms, was dazu führte, dass ich in der letzten Nacht, das gesamte Zimmer selber von den bis in die Betten krabbelnden Ameisen befreien musste. Sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis, vor allem die Untätigkeit der Vermieterin auch vor dem Hintergrund, dass wir mit unserer 4 Monate alten Tochter in der Wohnung wohnten. Flat is conveniently located and very quiet. Unfortunately the flat was full of ants. What started with a few in the bathroom became a proper invasion of the whole room. We did immediately inform the host about it but unfortunately she ignored the problem and didn't do anything about it apart from sending a quick text message so that I had to clean the whole room myself during the last night from the ants which had by then found their way even into our beds. Very disappointing experience, particularly our host's lack of interest in the problem, especially given the fact that we were travelling with our 4 months old daughter

Comfortable accommodation, really centrally located and quiet! A little dark, but that's in good weather anything.

Great rooms, good price, great location - very quiet. Enough space even for a couple trips. I would stay here again.
