I don't want visitors to smoke, not inside the house and also not on the terrace. I don't want you to bring animals, so no pets, no cats. You can make music in my house on the piano and also on the guitar (if you're a musician, who takes care his instruments). The neighbors are used to a 'polite' level of music.
We had an excellent stay in Amsterdam. The welcome(reception) and the availability of our host is remarkable. Nico goes to a great deal of trouble for you. The apartment is situated well, very spacious and quiet, the parental room(chamber) situated at the very top is magnificent, and easily accessible. Bicycle paths are very easy, lives the bike in the city of the bike... It is a great destination with the host whom I recommend. Thank you again Nico. Muriel

The House was big and comfortable, and the host was nice and lovely! We met him when we arrived and he was very welcoming and explained us everything we needed to know about the house. The location is quite comfortable - it is very easy to get to the center by tram or rent a bike and cycle, like me and my friends did, which was quite an experience! The apartment is beautiful and it has everything you need and the host is very nice as well! Highly recommended!!

You will be refunded half of the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee.
