Very nice apartment by the landlord as described. The apartment is located in the attic and fully complies with the images set by the landlord. The handover of the apartment to us ran smoothly and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Parking on the street was, however, only possible.

The apartment is as described. Since it is on the ground, unfortunately, is something a little light into the apartment. The location is ideal for easy access to supermarkets and public transport. Located in a quiet side street. Beds are good (firm mattress) and the apartment is tastefully decorated. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Unfortunately, the keys not as advertised, we had to call the apartment management, accordingly we had waiting time - probably a communication error. For up to one week stay an ideal holiday home. In bad weather, my apartment would be too dark - matter of taste!

A convenient apartment on 3rd District. This way you can reach the city quickly. The Prater and Hundertwasser House are also nearby. The apartment is for anyone who likes short distances, as can be reached in just a few minutes bus and train. Motorists Caution - Limited parking is 9:00 bis 22:00 clock clock. A visit to the "Sheriff" has cost me € 36.00. The parking garage U 3 Erdberg contrast, only € 3.00 for 24 hours and is just 20 minutes walk away.

The only thing I would complain about: should the tenant of the apartment warn of the new short-term parking zones in Vienna, because something can not imagine simply as a tourist. As in other cities, we had booked a car at the airport, this remedy to the holiday turned out to be a major problem yet!

The apartment was clean and you can find what you need during your stay but in the apartment there is no lift it was a little hard to carry all the luggage to the 3. floor and the man who lives at the next door smokes at the hall so you can smell the smoke sometimes.And also the boiler was a little loud .
