It was all very good, the location of the apartment with very good transport links, my room, a helpful landlady. Everything was clean and simple, what more could you want. I can only recommend this host!

The fact that the very good, clean comfortable, quiet. My stay was very nice, the location is very good, quiet area. Monica very careful, as it can help you. She consigio the days that I could not stay in his apartment that was booked, I fix it very fast. It really is advisable.

I just got back from 4 days in Barcelona. I stayed at Monica's and my red room was clean, enough space for 1 person ( although if you are very tall you might not fit in the single bed). The house is nice and the location is excellent ( 10 min walk to the Sagrada Familia and 5 min by bus to Passeig the Gracia where you are in the centre of Barcelona). Monica does not live all the time in the apartment because she also has the flat in front of the one she rents. Many times my friend ( who had another room) and I were in the flat alone. This is a budget accommodation, do not expect any 5star treatment as you will only have a bed, a small wardrobe, use of shared bathroom and kitchen... excellent if you don't need much space and stay out most of the day! The only advice I can give to anyone renting Monica's rooms is do not go in Winter as there is no central heating in the house but only small electric radiators. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks Monica!

Of the keys to leaving everything worked great. Monica was a lovely and gracious hostess. The apartment was very clean, is very centrally located and is perfect for a trip to Barcelona. On the terrace, you can have breakfast in the morning sun (if you get up early enough: D) or evening drink under the stars another Vino. ;) The other "roommates" were friendly. A very successful trip. Thank you! :)

I have spent a month at the flat, while doing a course in Barcelona. Clot is a nice and accessible neighbourhood. The flat was neat&tidy, and the wifi worked like a charm. However, I did not feel Monica was very interested in her guests at al. Also, especially when the other rooms were not booked, it was very unclear who had the keys to the flat and could walk in.

I stayed for two weeks in monicas apartment and I really liked it! The room is small but has everything you need, the kitchen is clean and the toilet also. The apartment was a bit cold the first days but then she gave me a radiator to my room. The neighbourhood was quiet and monica is really kind! Really worth the money!!

Apartment very clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Metro 5 minutes walk. Terrace friendly and functional bathroom.

It was a very nice time in Monicas appartement which is beautiful decorated, clean and everything well organized. It was perfect!! She is a really nice and helpful lady. I enjoyed my time there with pleasure. The appartement is situated in a pleasant living area very near by Sagrade familia. I recomend this place very much.

we really like the house, it was well-decorated and very clean. the host, monica is really friendly and helped us to find our way in the city. it would be better if the rooms have therir own keys, but everything was great.

Hello, terrace housing and pleasant, quiet room, not too hot. Calle Xiffre is located. Nice pedestrian area nearby. For walkers, beach access, otherwise take bus 92 or 51 that lead almost Barcelonetta.
