The Messe Deutz is easily reached in about 15 minutes by tram line 9.
From the airport you can reach the S13 to Köln-Deutz and from there to line 9 of the apartment within 35 minutes. Shopping / Restaurants Zülpicherstr. provides plenty of opportunities for shopping for daily needs.
Bio to discount everything can be reached on foot.
Numerous restaurants offer the culinary Zülpicherstr.
Attractions: The Cathedral and the Old Town in about 10min with the train which is just outside the door to reach.

Please leave the room in a tidy and respectful way. After 10pm don't be too loud, especially if the window is open. Be careful with the laminate flooring, because water in the gap will damage the Laminate.

Very nice and helpful hosts. The apartment is in the basement, no Internet. The price / performance ratio is OK (about 30Euro/Nacht). Handover was straightforward and easy.
In my opinion, the property in the price / performance ratio best (if not just because of increased trade and other meetings ;-)). It's all there, what you need for a few nights and the location is really good! It's a bit cold and a bit cleaner it could be, but overall, you can be perfectly happy with the apartment. Contact was also good, the new staff took good.

I did the first time and was booked on Wimdu not disappointed ... apart from uncomplicated total settlement, the understanding with my hosts lisa & stefan was very straightforward. the key handover was not a problem ... I had no time to be somewhere at a certain order to get the key, yet I had to have it checked at a certain time of, so really convenient as the hotel ...As for what the house itself, so I was honestly a little puzzled at first because of the negative evaluation some time ago, but I thought na wirds enough to sleep well. more enthusiastic I was when I entered the house ... but it is a basement apartment, but you can see that just because you have the stairs a couple of steps to the basement goes down once to the door is nothing to remember them ... only the windows are at ground level, but not at the road but back to the small garden area behind the house, so you have the bright window looked directly into the green. I thought it was good acting is a non smoking apartment, so at least the stuff does not stink ... but will anyone ever smoke a cigarette you just go 10 high steps and sits down in the yard or garden. So I can not understand if anyone complains you can not expect more for the price per night absolutely (who should expect a 5stars hotel will not be so stingy and stop a 5stars hotel room rent!) ... I was certainly very excited and will come in any case on my next cologne stay on my hosts back ...
