+ Good location Good price with washing machine, flat screen TV (unfortunately only French channels), coffee maker, dishes, a supermarket and bakery in 5 minutes. on foot. Public transport is only a € 1, - per trip. in 10 min. from and to the airport by bus. Overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens The residents of Nice are very friendly. - Problems with parking in the evening

Very spatial, clean apartment with good facilities. But not in a very advanced state. Representative of the landlord lives in the house and is very helpful. Finding a parking space is not easy if you come later (no unallocated space). Overall, definitely recommendable.

This cute & cosy apartment has everything you need for a pleasant staz in the pearl of the French Riviera. The hospitality was great, we felt like at home. The accommodation is clean, nice and it lies in a marvellous residence with a beautiful garden. If we come back in Nice, this place will be our choice again. It is in a strategic position, close to bus stop, food shop and so on. Our stay has been unforgetable. Thanks to Anne Marie! :)

We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday weekend at Anne-Maries place. The flat is lovely, cosy and beautifully furnished. After 2 days already we felt like locals living there. :) Thank you.
