Nice apartment located nearby the sea

Jocelyne love, your accommodation was great and we enjoyed the apartment every day to the fullest. All the important things were present: a kitchen - with a washing machine and microwave, a decent bathroom and a small, cozy living area. We totally felt comfortable with you and not the last time you were with you :-) Thanks for your kindness and helpfulness. To recommend the restaurant in the courtyard ;-)

This was my first time I made a booking through Wimdu and i was shocked how easy my booking was. Jocelyne emailed me with all the details before we went. When we arrived Jocelyne and her son showed us to our apartment. You wont get a more central apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and modern and you had everything in the apartment. I highly recommend this host & apartment............thanks for a perfect stay....

Great location up 4 flights of stairs so don't take heavy bags! Apartment was a bit grubby, bed just a mattress on a mezzanine accessed by steep ladder. Kitchen not well equipped no toaster. Some food in cupboard had expired. Had to find alternative accommodation on last night as no electricity! Wouldn't recommend have stayed in better, and cleaner apartments.

The photos do not show exactly that the studio is VERY small, in fact, too small for four people. When both beds are rolled out there is hardly any space left to walk, much worse when four people want to eat something self cooked in the room. No real table. The kitchenette was sufficient (only the cooking place was too small, two pots or a pan and a pot don't fit there at the same time) In summer when you are outside the whole day, it might be ok, but if you have to spend some time indoors, the appartment is too small (at least for four). The hosts are very friendly and nice! They try to solve any problem without delay.

Beautiful apartment very well located in the pedestrian area of ​​Place Massena. You can walk to all the interesting places of the old Nice. The area is lively, there are several shops and restaurants. The courtyard allows you to sleep peacefully. Very clean. I recommend it.

Great apartment in great central location. Straightforward and helpful hosts, and late check-in was not a problem - in fact, like a hotel. Facilities: modern and functional kitchen, whirlpool top of the bed and TV with DVD. Thoroughly recommended, we will be back! Very nice that the host even speak German.

We were having our time in Nice very happy. Jocelyne was already in advance by mail very helpful. We were given a detailed route from the airport to the hotel and then everything went very smooth. Jocelyne was very courteous and helpful, and also with our accommodation, we were more than satisfied. This holiday was really great, but unfortunately (as always) too short.

Arrival was a bit messy, we had to call on entry Nice, and we did. In the apartment we then half an hour waiting for someone who came to bring the key. The apartment was fine, only downsides were two broken lights, and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Furthermore, everything worked well, and every comfort was present. A lot of traffic noise at night. Definitely would recommend.
