The price-performance of this apartment is excellent. Like virtually any Hong Kong rental, this is a small space; but it is designed very cleverly. A family with two, or even three, children could be happy here -- and save some bucks.

Ray was very helpful before and after our stay. The Apartment is well kept; spacious and has natural light. Great central location and easy to get to; close to everything!! Highly recommended- have recommended apartment to relatives to stay there the next time they`re in Hong Kong.

Excellent location. Very near Park and Shop supermarket for groceries, although eating out is quite cheap. Short walk to Wan Chai MTR. Ray was accommodating and everything was clean and tidy. Bathroom was good as was the bedrooms. Air conditioning quiet and effective. Coded access in/ out no problem and the lift was good. On check out, Ray was kind enough to give us a lift in his car to our son's place with our bags before we left tfor the airport in the evening. We had an excellent stay and will definitely return to Ray's place.

The place was nice and pretty well furnished. Not a single thing was missing to meet our needs (the +++ was to find a washing machine, hair dryer, an iron, a dehumidifier!!). The location was great, with the metro at 5-7 min by walk, restaurants everywhere! Also, Ray was of a great assistance all along our trip, always available to help. We really really enjoyed Hong Kong & the place where we stayed. We'll definitly come back!

Ray was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. The location is about 10 minutes at a reasonable pace from the MTR, we thought it was closer, but it was okay once you get your bearings. There are plenty of places to eat, one of the best for cheap easy food is the one directly over the road, eating where the locals eat is always best. The Apartment is very small, but we managed with two children sleeping on the sofa bed. I wouldn't recommend children over 7 or 8 as it will start to get cramped, but it's amazing how you get used to these things, and this is HK so space is at a minimum. The kitchen it very well stocked with utensils and the washing M/C works fine as does the air con. If you want a reasonably priced place with no hassle and you are planning to be out a lot, then this is fine. If you want to spread yourselves out then you will need a bigger place, but be prepared to pay a fair bit more and the location may not be so central. From here you can walk to the Star Ferry in ten minutes, very convenient. Ray also organised our airport taxi at a good discount and you get the feeling he would do anything he could to help, this is a real bonus and something you can't guarantee with everyone. The apartment is very well appointed and immaculately kept. It's small, but it's bright aspect makes it a lovely place to stay. It is a one bedroom, with the bathroom, lounge and kitchen all separate. The security of the apartment is very good, as is the view. Having a regular secuirty guard in the complex adds another level of comfort. The apartment is very close to all reqired ameneties - MTR, bus, food, and a short distance by MTR to all the best places to visit in HK. Ray was an fantastic host. Very hospitable and thorough. I would happily stay here again and reccomend it to my friends.

This is a great flat - compact but with everything you could need. Very well thought out and clean with lovely host. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the MTR station.

We had a great stay in Hong Kong and in Ray's apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few steps to the pier (to go to Kowloon) and to Tram, Bus and Underground. And Wan Chai itself is a good place too with plenty of restaurants, shops and markets within walking distance. Jaffe Rd. is a quiet road, so the apartment is quiet too. The apartment is rather small though, but for a family with small children it's ideal with one comfortable double bed and the sofa bed for the children. WIFI, TV, washing machine is there and working well.
