House rules

From 10PM on the neighbors are sensitive to noise - please take this into perspective. This also applies to guests of guests that are otherwise welcome, but not to stay. A careful treatment of the inventory is required and if something is damaged, there is nothing that would not be replaced. But we should talk about it honestly.
The house has a security locking system, ie: when the key is lost, all other keys are renewed - there is an insurance policy that costs extra.
Otherwise: a friendly interaction with each other!

hi, i had a short term contract not far from this place. Enjoyed the place, thanks to the host :-) Flat is very close to the city centre (~ 15 minutes walk to central shopping area), 3 minutes from S1, S11, and S11 U-Bahn) highly recommended. regards Dmitri

I stayed for a month in this apartment Apartment. It is a very nice, homely place, in a part of the Stadts has a lot of charm. Ms Virkus was also a very useful and aufemerksame owner, and, in total, I am very zufriden and may propose Virkus woman with quite confidence.

I had a business trip in Dusseldorf - visit to the DRUPA. I was with my wife. Thanks to WIMDU - we found a comfortable apartment in a convenient location near to the city centre. We were very pleased with the accommodation in this apartment. Even not want to leave! We were met by friendly and attentive hostess who provided us information on the city. Already we feel the miss of this apartment! The impression about the city and the people are unforgettable. Think, this is not the last time. (Sorry for my English:))

Very nice small apartment. CLME very bright, near the center. Lots of restaurants around. Birgit is very nice and gave us lots of information to facilitate our stay. Thank you again
