Cosy Studio for Two

Very good service, very nice little studio, we were very pleased with the evening we go to rest. Oliver, the owner is very attentive to its tenants. We recommend this rental, moreover located 30 minutes from downtown by subway. Happy holidays to London, a magnificent city.

We stayed in the studio of 06/11/12 to 09/11/12 Oliver .. Oliver is a great host, from the beginning helped us to get from the airport to the department by contacting us by post. Our flight was at night and first came to the department as at 2 am and we hope Oliver with a big smile despite the schedule. Luckily the input and output schedule is flexible and this was a major advantage for us, as our departure was at 3am. The studio has everything you need for an excellent stay, is very comprehensive as it has all cooking utensils, TV with Sky, DVD, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, refrigerator and excellent heating. You have a computer with WIFI. The bathroom is modern and very spacious. The sofa-bed for two people is comfortable. The department encuenta 5-7 minutes walk from Colindale station. And is 30-45 minutes from central London. A 2 minute walk there is a supermarket that is open 24 hours, with good prices. Before leaving the department is important to clean and leave it in good condition as we found it, and they do not charge cleaning. Thanks Oliver.

We stayed at Oliver's place for 3 nights and it was perfect for our purpose and the duration of the stay. Colindale Tube Station is a 5-7 minute walk away and you'll be in the heart of the city within some 40-50 minutes. It was not a problem for us as we got into central London early in the morning and back late at night (however, if you plan to have a break or get changed to go out, this is probably not for you...we just took our stuff and got changed in the city). The flat as such is something we were looking forward to coming back at night - very clean and nice bathroom & shower, there is a frigde if you like to have milk and cereal for your own breakfast, and the sofa is very comfortable for 2 people to sleep on (seriously, there was no problem getting two people to sleep on this sofa!). The noise from the street is there at times, but most of the time you won't notice (at least we didn't). One HUGE plus is the fact that check-in and -out is flexible. We agreed to check-in very late (22:30-23:00) but our plane was late so it was 00:10 when we got there, but Oliver was very flexible and didn't blame us. The Wlan-Code is noted in the flat, so you go online for free which is very convenient to check out what to do in London or relax when you get back, calling friends on Skype. One remark: if you intend to watch Sky TV, ask Oliver for the Sky card as it wasn't there (however, we did not come to London to watch TV!!). Definitely worth a second visit! PS.: When you leave, you're supposed to clean the flat (leave it as you found it!) which is done in max. 10-15 mins as there is a Dyson hoover and everything else you might need.

Our stay was super, Oliver, our guest, has been very friendly, and always available (I mean 24H a day):this helped us when arriving and leaving, and we knew that he was always reachable for any issue. The studio has everything, we just needed to buy a couple of towels more. The position is good, zone 4, it takes from 20 to 30 mins to reach the points of interest,but night bus and metro are at 5 mins walking, like a very big supermarket,and KFC is out of the door, just in case you don't want to cook. I would recommend it to any young couple or single!!

Apartment decent, a bit 'small for two and ideal for a few days stay. Owner friendly and helpful

Oliver is a very nice host, very attentive, helpful and reliable. The apartment is located on a noisy street. The street lamp shining directly into the window and you can darken only with a vertical blind. On the sofa bed it was for us (mother and 19-year-old son) very closely. To the city center takes around 45 minutes.

For quality and price, there is no hesitation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very comfortable.

The apartment is very nice, very clean: everything you need to spend time in London! I highly recommend this apartment as it is not far by metro from central London (30 minutes), there are small shops next to the metro station 5min walk, bus! In addition, Oliver is very friendly and extremely flexible for arrival and departure! / I totally recommend this flat, really clean and easy to access! Moreover, Oliver is really nice and Gives Good advices!

Nice small and clean, especially apartment. Good bus and train connections. By street noise a bit loud. But were very satisfied.

It was avery comfortable place to stay. the traffic nearby was not really a problem for me but may be a bit noisy to other visitors. the place has easy access to the underground and also has some shops and restaurants nearby and supermarkets wich is also nice. the host was very helpfull and friendly.
