There is a brand new comfortable L shape double sofa-bed with pillows and clean bedding set. This can be set up to provide a very comfortable double bed. The comfort surpasses that of a normal standard bed. TV and DVD player with Sky box with over 300 Sky channels free and DVD movies.
Wireless internet is available as well as a computer with internet ready and pre-installed Microsoft office and all-in-one printer/copier/scanner for all your business works with printer (you bring your own cartridges and paper). Skype is ready and connected webcam with headset with microphone for video conferencing. Ideal for the business class who want to stay connected wherever they are. Phone line for receiving calls.
Fully functional kitchenette with kitchenware, tableware, Microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, portable mini-washing machine. Spotless neat bathroom with shower cabin and WC. There’s also central heating.
The location is excellent. You are within walking distance to all amenities, fast food outlets, supermarket open 24 hours a day, 15 minutes by bus 142 to the iconic Brent cross shopping center, the first large enclosed shopping center ever built in the UK in 1976 or 10 minutes to Edgware shopping center or Burnt oak town center catering for all other international food needs (including Asian, European or afro-Caribbean)
The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to Colindale station and 20 minutes tube journey from Colindale to the heart of London Tottenham Court Road tube station. Even at night you don't have to worry about how to get home. At night, 2 NIGHT BUSES N5 & N16 run all night from Trafalgar square and Victoria. Day buses include 303, 204, 142, 324, 142, 192, 32 run all day from bus stops outside.
Check-in time and check-out time are by agreement. It is not fixed but flexible. You can usually check in or check-out at your convenient time if there is no guests checking out before you or in after you.
Otherwise they are both dependent partly on guests before or after you. Usually check-out time agreed does reasonably allow guests to have a good sleep before they leave unless they want to leave early. Then I discuss with you the best check in time available. I may not be able to give you a time until the guest before you has checked in. So please do expect a final checking time 5 to 3 days before your arrival. However once you know your best check-in time, let me know as it will allow me to work around it.
Please ensure you have my number available on the day of check-in. You will need to contact me at least 30 minutes before arrival at the property to confirm you are on your way or for any delay. I will not be at the property until you confirm, you are coming. Feel free to do that when you are at the property if you are prepared to wait that extra 30 minutes.
The flat is in a block of flat completely gated with no access to outsiders. I will be waiting for you but please let me know when you arrive so that I can come and let you in.
UK numbers always have a 0 at the beginning like 0794...., 0208...., 0195.... You only dial with the first zero if you are using a UK phone. If you have a foreign phone dialing a UK number always dial +44 followed by the number without that zero.
Strictly No smoking anywhere inside the flat to ensure it is always suitable for non-smokers as well and child friendly. You may smoke outside in open air.
If you would like direction to the property, the best and even cheapest transport connection from any airport, please ask me. It is not acceptable that on the day of check-in, I am being delayed because guests get lost going the wrong direction or because they left things till after arrival before starting to work out how to get to the property. You must work out your travel plans before you leave your house. I will only be delayed if it is not your fault.
Return the house as you have found it, reasonably clean and tidy.

It 'a nice apartment, small but with tuuti the services needed, in 10 minutes you arrive at the station, with which you can reach central London in 20 minutes. Nearby (about 500 meters) there is a 24 hour supermarket. I would say the value is more than good.
E' un bell'appartamento, piccolo ma con tuuti i servizi necessari, In 10 minuti si arriva alla metropolitana, con la quale si raggiunge il centro di Londra in 20 minuti circa. Nelle vicinanze (circa 500 metri) c'è un supermercato aperto 24 ore. Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che buono.
clean apartment, spacious and extra sleeping on sofa in living room. Nice owners. disadvantage is that the bed slightly sagging. That it is on a busy road with lots of traffic. Inside the apartment is a separation made by additional hiring of a smaller room as studio.Via shaky door with lock is closed this apartment. We had no problems with other tenants, share no toilet or shower. but I felt shaky door as security a bit poor. There is still a common good solid door with lock.

nadeel is dat het tweepersoonsbed iets doorzakt. Dat het aan een drukke weg ligt met veel verkeerslawaai. Binnen het appartement is een scheiding gemaakt door extra verhuur van een kleinere kamer als studio.Via wankel deurtje met slotje is dit appartement hiervan afgesloten. Wij hebben geen last gehad van andere huurders, deelt geen toilet of douche. maar ik vond dat wankele deurtje als beveiliging een beetje slecht. Er is nog wel een gemeenschappelijke stevige buitendeur met goed slot.
Highly recommended apartment! What we liked was great, the proximity to the city. In 25 minutes you are right in the city. In addition, we could easily stay with 5 people and it would really have been room for 2 more. Unfortunately, it is from the street really noisy, but thanks to earplugs no problem :-) We would stay here again anytime!
Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung! Was uns toll gefallen hat, war die Nähe zur Stadt. In 25 Minuten ist man mitten in der City. Außerdem konnten wir problemlos mit 5 Personen übernachten und es wäre wirklich noch Platz für 2 weitere gewesen.
Leider ist es von der Straße her wirklich sehr laut, aber dank Ohropax kein Problem :-)
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen!
Everything was great! The flat is very clean, modern, very well equipped with tv, internet, nice kitchen and etc. The Underground Tube station and Asda supermarket were very close. Oliver is a fantastic host, very friendly! I would recommend everyone to stay here!
Very nice and beautiful apartment with all the facilities. Highly secured with many doors before one can access to the apartment. Quite far from Central London but underground train is available at 10 minutes walking distance.
All was great! Oliver is fantastic host! The flat is clean, modern, very well equipped with all you may need. Only a loud noise comes from the street, but after the first day it is no longer interfere. Next time we definitely will stay at Oliver`s place again. I recommend stay here to everyone!
The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen (even with freezer, washing machine, toaster, sandwich maker, ...).
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche (sogar mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Sandwichmaker,...).
We had a great time.

The underground station and a supermarket were in the near.
Oliver is a fantastic host and the flat was ideal. Beautifully presented and well set up. Loved the fact that it had parking and was close to public transport, as well.
