Modern Apartment on Rue Monsigny

Super apartment, of course is a studio so for those who want a palace is not suitable ... for those who want to spend a short stay is perfect, the location is great near the Opera, is central, the metro is practically under the ' apartment, next there are nice pubs ... so we'll be back ... thanks for the hospitality.

The apartment had both some advantages and disadvantages. Absolutely positive the central position is: Metro station just around the corner, supermarket around the corner, Ausgehvirtel (Grands Boulevards) foot, Opera / Galeries Lafayette 5min. In the immediate vicinity are a few nice bars, and directly across from the front door (next to a small theater) is a very very nice, typical French restaurant (Chez Colbert) in which we have enjoyed for 30 euros a 3 course meal. The apartment overall was very spacious and bright But I must point out that the device is already partially run down much: The CD player / radio does not work, some light bulbs were broken, lamps without tlw lampshade; apart in the bathroom is the shower wall , the shower head can not hold in the apparatus. The dishes in the kitchen is stocked (which relates to glasses) rather sparse, the dishwasher does not wash clean, or at least with huge limescale. We have lived in the apartment for four and had to take the sofa to complete. This unfortunately was only equipped with a very thin mattress, which was expressed by the liegene including metal rods. Overall, we felt the sofa as a moderate imposition. It would be nice if this (if this apartment is for 4 people) could be replaced in the future by a konfortableres model. The service and the keys to the office of the rental company was very friendly and accommodating.Overall we had a very nice stay, which was particularly supported by the excellent location of the apartment.

Apartment ideally located in a quiet street but very nice neighborhood (full of small restaurant - city center of Paris). Simple and secure access. Nice apartment. Only problem: outdated kitchen a little dirty sometimes with utensils (glad I brought a new sponge), broken drawers, bathroom with shower ok except seals and mold on the shower door. Robineteries kitchen and bathroom to change. Nevertheless, I will leave if I needed in this apartment but there is a small timing delay between photos and real.

nice clean apartment, could have been more blankets/duvets because of the cold weather & a definite lack of lighting. Lots of lovely natural light from windows but only lamp lighting inside. Overall lovely apartment, great location, easy to find, office very helpful, would definitely stay here again.

We can confirm the satisfaction of Vorgäste only: The beautiful, clean and central but also quiet located apartment can only recommend, because from there you can find almost all the most famous sites on foot! The way and pick up the keys to the apartment description has also works fine and you feel welcomed, therefore - we'll be back for!

Perfect apartment, spacious and clean in a beautiful building in a quiet, yet central area. Enough towels, sheets etc..

Really nice apartment, clean and comfortable, great location, right next to the metro and only 10 minutes walk to the Seine. The double bed is very comfortable!

Location of the apartment is excellent. Who good "walking", may reach of all the sights without Metro good. Despite some small flaws that can be fixed quickly, the apartment is highly recommended. No through road, so quiet. Nice restaurants, Metro and park (expensive) in the immediate vicinity. Also the key handover went smoothly and the service was very friendly.

The apartment was clean and beautiful (as advertised). The landlord was very friendly and helpful.
