We rent a room with a en-suite in Battersea, bnb style.
The bright room with sofa bed & TV has free internet access & its own bathroom. We have oyster card for guest's to use/top-up...
My name is Diletta and I'm Italian, I have been living in London for 5 years and David is a New Zealander, & has been here 18yrs. We are ready to offer help to know this wonderful huge city & are well traveled ourselves...

Battersea as you can see on the map is very central, in 20 minutes walk you'll arrive in Victoria, one of the train stations more central, and its very close to Sloane Square and Chelsea's kings rd, luxury shopping areas, culminating in the famous Harrods.

Battersea and our house is easily reached from Victoria, no 44 bus,or from Harrods with the 452 or 137, and the famous Oxford Street with the 137 as well, In front of the house is battersea park station(overland train. With trains to everywhere.

Please treat rm/flat as a guest would at a friends house & not a hotel room...
No smoking anywhere in the house.
Please do not bring guests without prior arrangement with host.
Please note we do not take bookings from guests who do not have a profile photo, and a reference and/or review.
No loud noise after 11pm please...
We provide free wifi but please do not download any film's, etc.
Cheak-in is after 4pm weekdays as we both work & before 11pm......

''Vacation Rental Agreement ''

Thank you for your reservation.
No additional persons shall occupy said premises long term or any part thereof without owner's written consent and additional fees will be required.
Pets: Pets are not allowed
Liability: The undersigned Guest(s)/Tenants, whether or not in actual possession of the
premise, are jointly and sever ably liable for all obligations under the rental agreement,
and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owner for liability arising prior to the
termination of the agreement for personal and bodily injuries or property damage caused
or permitted by the negligence of the Guest(s), and/or invitees. This does
not waive an “Owners duty of care” to prevent personal or bodily injury or property
damage liability where the duty is imposed by law.
No alterations: No repairs, decorations or alterations shall be done by Guest/Tenant, without
owner’s prior written consent.
Maintenance: Guest(s)/Tenants shall keep the premises and furniture, furnishings, and
appliances and fixtures, which are rented for Guest’s /Tenant exclusive use in good order and
condition. Guest shall pay owner for costs to repair, replace or rebuild any portion of
the premises damaged by Guest/Tenant and / or invitees. Plumbing issues
that result in a drain clog are the responsibility of the tenant. The Owner can assist in
negotiating a good rate for a plumber to help the Guest/Tenant receive a fair rate.
Insurance: Owner does not insure Guest(s)/Tenant for any personal or bodily injury or property damage including, but not limited to, that caused by the act or omission of any Guest/Tenant or third party, or by any criminal act, war, riot, insurrection, fire or act of God. Guest/Tenant shall obtain & pay for any insurance coverage necessary to protect Guest/Tenant, property from losses or expense that may be caused by such persons or events.
Utilities: Utilities will be paid by Owner, but eco efficient use is required. For if the Guest/Tenant uses utilities measurably beyond the average monthly bills, the Guest/Tenant will be responsible for those charges. The Owner will present bills at end of stay if this occurs.
No assignment: No portion of said premises shall be sublet nor this agreement assigned.
Any attempted subletting or assignment by the Guest/Tenant shall, at the election of Owner be an irremediable breach of this agreement.
Right of entry: The Owner or his agents or employees may enter the premises for: the owners personal items, in case of an emergency; to make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvement; to supply necessary or agreed services; to exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, lenders, residents, workmen, or contractors, provided the Guest/Tenant is given reasonable 24 hour notice ( unless and emergency ) prior to Owner’s intent to enter, with entrance during normal daytime hours.
Keys / Remotes: The Guest/Tenant will be given ( 1 ) sets of Keys.
This is a No Smoking House: A GBP 250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if smoking occurs in the home. Smoking on the outside terrace is okay.
This is a no Party house: Parties, loud get-togethers, or other large gatherings are not allowed because of neighbor issues, and possible damage to property. If a party, loud gathering, or loud disturbance does occur, or if neighbors or other tenants call regarding a verifiable unreasonable loud disturbance, you will forfeit your security deposit and will be evicted immediately.

I enjoyed my stay in Diletta´s and David´s home. The room offer´s all you need for a weekend in London and even a private bathroom. As other´s wrote before, it´s easy accessible by bus. Although the bus takes longer than the tube, you see much more of the city. The couple give´s you the feeling that you are very welcome and they helped me with a lot of information about places to see and which bus could be the best for my tour through town.
You will find all you need after a long and exhausting day nearby: a nice pub, take away, tiny supermarket for beer or snacks and a train station to load money on the oyster card which you also will get from David and Diletta.
So thanks again for all the help and nice talks.

It is a nice little room near battersea park. The Location is easy to get to from Victoria Station by bus. David and Dilette are a nice couple. They gave us some useful tipps about what to do around London and otherwise left us to ourselves.

Super friendly hosts. I felt very welcome at their place. The location is not very close to any tube stations, but there are bus stops very close which make it easy enough to get places. Thanks!

Dave & Diletta are lovely and hospitable hosts. The flat is immaculate and its at a very convenient location for access to Kensington, Chelsea and downtown or for the trains at Clapham Junction should you wish to take a trip to the countryside. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to welcome them to Budapest whenever they come to visit. I highly recommend them and I reassure you that you will have a pleasant stay at theirs.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour londonien, chambre très confortable et calme après une journée de marche et visite,accès facile pour les transports en commun et super accueil de Diletta et David ! Le seul regret : ne pas avoir eu le temps de les connaitre mieux... Nous reviendrons !

We had a really good time in London thanks to David, Diletta and their nice room.
The house is located in Battersea and very good connected via bus to the most important parts of the city. Around the house you can find the nice Battersea Park and some places serving food and especially good breakfast.
The room has its own small bathroom which has everything you need.
David and Diletta are very nice people who help you out with some hints for a good vacation in London.

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso 4 splendidi giorni a Londra ed in questo splendido appartamento. Loro sono molto ospitali e socievoli. L'appartamento è molto pulito.Camera molto confortevole e bagno in camera eccellente. Nonostante la cucina sia condivisa non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di spazi. Lappartamento si trova a pochi passi da Battersea road station con la quale il 3 minuti si raggiunge Victoria Station, in mezz'ora London Bridge. I proprietari sono stati disponibili nel fornire le oyster card, guide della città e mappe. Vicino casa un piccolo supermercato, pub e localini vari. Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Londra ritornerei da loro!!!!
