Studio Single in Venice!

Very nice apartment in residencial area away from tourist flows. Nice because the impression of living in the city, go to the market, go and cook the pasta boat ... home ... almost. Nevertheless close to all amenities, opposite Piazza San Marco in only one vaporetto stop. Only the No. 1 vaporetto joined the apartment off "Salute" there is often quicker to walk (when you know because you get lost as easily) There are: - fully equipped bathroom (not Soap / Shampoo / lot ... but clean towels and toilet paper) - kitchen (no oil / coffee / microwave, but there is salt / pepper / coffee / caserolles / ....) - Wifi Free (Bring a power adapter charger for Italian PC because the plugs are three branches!) - Italian TV and even TV Venice - Bedding competition, you sleep very well - dining table with 4 chairs and sofa - courtyard not really interesting because common. The apartment was rented one on the picture # 1 and # 2. Suitable for 2 persons. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Venice.

Great location - away from tourist traffic, but located next to vaporetto station "Salute" so you're minutes away from anywhere in Venice whether you choose to walk or ride the water bus. Apartment was lovely and roomy for 1-2 people with small kitchen, fridge, table and chairs. Price was also very good for Venice. The owner was very hospitable and a pleasure to meet. Will definitely stay here again upon my return to Venezia.

very disappointing in apartment phone was broken, broken dishwasher, even though we paid for it. Coffee was nespresso capsules with which you can buy anywhere. (Only internet) it was no equipment there to wash dishes by hand! We tried 3 ansprechperson day long narrow to ask to get it, but no response to call, combox, sms .... they apparently understood no english but they could call us back because my husband speaks Italian. but she's off phone ... we talked with expensive own phone and tried to reach owner by email and he never knew of anything that eg devices are defective. Moreover, we had 3 days of house renovation construction noise next door, that whole day and far into 24 was used earthmoving machinery, despite long complaint on our part 3 days. The kitchen is poorly equipped. we wanted to cook and a good breakfast, but no cereal-bowl, no egg-cups, little cookware and very old and unused. to no washable cloth and brush, so we were so disappointed and but a "luxury apartment" paid. Never again! Wimdu has to check and correct it and pay us a compensation, because this is far sold something that does not exist. 3.2013 two people

The apartment itself was very nice, maintained and equipped with everything you need so! Fortuna was a pleasant, nice to talk to. They even though we have never met. A young lady named Nathalia met us at the Salute (verspätet!) and get annoyed and agitated. She spoke no English, yet they could understand English. They escorted us to the apartment, were felt in the 50 degrees, tore open the fridge, took out a bottle of water halblerre, put it to his mouth and drank, while nervously running through the apartment. Now you have to imagine, we were on the road for hours, in hot weather ... we would have found it very welcoming when guests arriving for a cool drink on arrival had been there! Nathalia has also does not react to sms requests on our part, although it was stressed again and again that you are whenever you need can contact them.
