On the fourth floor of a building of the seventeenth century, finely furnished and recently fully renovated, the flat, is provided with every kind of facility.
Ideal for family or small group of friends, it can host up to six people; it has two bedrooms: a very comfortable double room and a single one. A large living-room fitted with a sofa bed for two people, can be easily fitted with the third bed.
The Kitchen is completely fitted with cutlery and household appliance; moreover in chest of drawers you can find the bed linen and towels.
Our guests can, if they like it, have breakfast, at a special price, at the coffee bar “Dolceamaro” just next to the main door.
Just round the corner, there's a supermarket in the famous Via Nazionale street, important shopping street which links Repubblica Square to Venice Square.
Internet wi-fi connection, Tv Sat and final cleaning, are all free services.
The flat is situated in a very convenient position: you can reach in a few minutes the most interesting places in Rome: Barberini Square is only 5 minutes walk, same as well know Via Veneto or Piazza di Spagna or the fantastic Fontana di Trevi.
What to say about the enjoyable walking along Via Nazionale: coffee, lots of shop-windows, a visit to the museum Palazzo delle Esposizioni and in a while you are in Piazza Venezia.
Otherwise you can visit the quarter Rione Monti one of the oldest quarters in Rome, full of fresh creative shops, good wine bars and restourants, ideal for an unusing evening out with friends.
Frome there, Colosseum is just 5 minutes walk.
Anyway, if you have to get to farther places, you can take the UNDERGROUND – LINEA A tube station called “Repubblica” or along Via Nazionale you can find the bus-stops to the main places in Rome.
Don't forget that Termini Station is very near and from there you can easily reach the two airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.
