I have available for rent a private, furnished bedroom in my 1,000 sf, high-floor condominium located one block from Luxury Row in Waikiki (this is not a rental of an entire home or apartment; I live in this unit with my own bedroom). This is a clean, quiet, and friendly place to spend while you are on vacation. The room has a full size bed, closet, and dresser and private bathroom near the room. You will enjoy gorgeous mountain and city views from the living and dining rooms and a stunning view of the ocean from the bedroom. Bus stops, shopping, and beaches are all within a short walking distance.

Check-in time on weekdays is after 4:30 pm and after 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays. The condo building does not have a concierge to hold your luggage. Early check-in may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Transportation Options

The Bus: Take #19 or #20. Get off at Saratoga Rd & Kalakaua Ave (Waikiki Post Office). $2.50 each way. Takes approximately 45-75 minutes.

Roberts Hawaii Waikiki Airport Shuttle: $24 round trip/person or $13 each way/person Takes approximately 45-60 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Wyndham Royal Garden Hotel, which is across the street from my building.

Though I'm new to Wimdu, I have hosted over a hundred visitors over the past four years and I have perfect five star reviews on a competing website (feel free to view them...can't name the website).

*The following activities/items are strictly prohibited anywhere within the condominium property:

*The following services are rarely unavailable, however, not guaranteed to be available 24 hours/day, 365 days per year:

Cable TV, including local channels and HD content

*All appliances in the unit are in good working order, however, their operation is not guaranteed 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.

*Overnight sleeping is not permitted in any room in the unit other than the guest room. The room has one full-size bed and no extra beds will be provided.

*Street parking is not guaranteed anywhere within the City & County of Honolulu. Street parking and nearby inexpensive pay lots are your ONLY parking options. Complaints regarding parking should be directed to the City & County of Honolulu.

*The condo is generally quiet at night, but not noise-free. No where in the state of Hawaii is noise-free, except in Haleakala crater. You may hear the occasional fire truck, motorcycle, or helicopter (in most cases, you won't). You may also experience shouting or cheering from the kayak and outrigger canoe races in the canal across the street.

*The host is not home for at least ten (10) consecutive hours daily during the work week and is home sporadically during the weekends and observed state and federal holidays. The host may also, at times, be away from the home for more than 24 consecutive hours. Therefore, the host cannot be expected to attend to the needs of the guest while he is not home, unless the guest's needs are of an extreme emergency situation.

*Check-in is after 4:30 pm on weekdays and after 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays. The building does not have a front desk or a concierge service to hold your luggage. Early check-in may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

*Please consider all of the above possible events PRIOR to making your reservation. The host is not responsible for any losses incurred by the guest due to the occurrence of any of the above-listed events.

We had 14 nice days in Honolulu. Near the beach and a marvelus veiuw from our stey with Alan. He is a wery regular an nice ung mand. We had a wery pleasent stay at him. The room and the hole flat is wery nice, and we enjoyed our stay at Alan.

Alan is a very good host. For my stay there, I could use the place comfortably as if mine. I was allowed to stay till the time of my flight back home (in the evening) on the day of my departure from Hawaii.

We very much enjoyed our stay with Alan. He was very attentive and the place was tidy and cozy. Very convienently located and beautiful views of Ala Wai Canal and the city. We would definitely call again if we come back.
