House rules

There is a surcharge of 30€ for arrivals after midnight.
All children under 10 stay free of charge. (max. 2)
Maximum capacity (2 adults and 2 children under 10), or 3 adults.
This is a strictly non-smoking property and, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
Internet Wifi available.
There is a deposit of 80 € on check in and will be returned on the departure day once we have checked that there has been no damage caused to the studio apartment or its contents.

Excellent apartment, convenient, modern and fully equipped. Cool and quiet, location is fantastic! Small tip: curtains would be useful to keep light out.

The apartment is super. So centrally located, right in the center near Plaza Mayor. But very quiet. Clean, fully equipped and and wonderful hostess. Not too much trouble. We have enjoyed.

Five stars for Cristina and the apartment! The location is fantastic to reach everything on foot. Plaza Mayor, Sol, etc.Supermärkte palace, also right around the corner. This small, furnished apartment (1st floor) is very clean, bright and well equipped. Cristina picked us up at the metro station and accompanied to the apartment. She is very nice, helpful and answered all questions. We thank her very much, that they welcomed us so warmly, would Book your apartment at any time and can recommend it 100%! (We = 2 adults, 2 children aged 4 and 6)

100% recommended. Ideally situated in the very center of Madrid. It really is quiet. The apartment is well maintained and with everything you need to be very comfortable. The hostess is friendly and helpful. In short, when I return to Madrid, repeat.

Great apartment! I spent a weekend in it along with 3 other friends and perfect. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. And we must mention the friendliness of the host: always respond quickly to emails and leaving us to check out later for not carrying your bags all day until you come out the plane.
