Room at Canal 5min walk from Center

We were quite disappointed, actually saw the price we expected something better ... The apartment is very well located in a quiet street next to a tram. The room is large and comfortable. By cons there are no curtains or blinds and the room is quite drafty, look for chilly ... The bathroom is very small and the kitchen almost as small ... San also rented a second room, suddenly it's a little Spanish inn but there is no room to discuss together. Finally good to sleep but do not expect more

Very nice and quiet place! I can recommend it!

We just spent 4 nights at San and the experience is completely satisfactory for us. San is a very discreet and available when desired. I recommend it to really anyone who wants to be in a Zen atmosphere, relaxed but no frills. The apartment is small (especially the kitchen) but warm.

A very cozy and idyllic place to stay. I especially loved the view of the canal right outside the window. It is also very conveniently located and easy to walk around. San is very kind and easy to get along with. Staying here was a great choice!

Very nicE appartment , comfy bed and spacious room . Area was lovely residential family area with nice cafe , ice cream parlour and lots of supermarkets , transport was easy with tram 10 outside the appartment. Nice host quiet accomondation .

We really enjoyed our stay at San's appartement. It's very cosy and clean. It's situated above a nice restaurant/bar in a lovely environment. San is a friendly and open-minded host.

The room than San provides is large, comfortable bed and easy chairs and a large table for writing, eating, using computer. Good view of canal. Convenient location and walkable distance from train station although a good map is necessary. San is friendly and accommodating.
