My flat is located in center of Istanbul with one livingroom, two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom on 85 m2 area and balcony & garden (Barbecu). Up to 6, max 7 people can live. 1 double bed, 2 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. Flat is fully furnished with all kind of kitchen tools, kettle, microwave, squeezer, linens, quilts, pillow, towel, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, Dishwasher, Big size Refrigerator, Two LCD TV. Satellite and 3G WI-FI internet connection, Flat has boiler heating system. You will have some small treats in flat.
1-2 minutes to bus stop and taxi, very close to historical places like; Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy-Dolmabahçe Mosque, Taksim etc. (distance is about 2-3 km). By bus you can go Taksim&Ortaköy (heart of nightlife in Istanbul) in 10 minutes (depends on traffic) and distance is 5 km. Grocery, market, greengrocer, fish market, dry cleaning, florist, tailor, butcher shop, fish restaurant, recreation, sea, ferry all of them are next to the flat and you can go to each one in 1 minute.
This cute flat is in the center of BESIKTAS and BESIKTAS CARSI where there are shops restaurants bars cafes. It is very well situated very close to the all public transport links.
So the location is fascinating because around you there are not only stylish shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but also very close by there are many affordable local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars..
In this area you are free of transportation not problem to reach the historical places, to Taksim, Nisantası and to the Anatolian Side. There are busses, minibusses, ferries and boats to reach anywhere you want in Istanbul.
The flat, also has a barbecu and pretty garden where our guests can enjoy their quiet morning coffee under the sun or some relaxing evening drinks..
Very safe apartment with nice neighbours, The best speciality of flat is being in a central position but in a very quiet and very safe neighbourhood.
