Great contemporary 32m2 furnished 1Bedroom / Studio, up to 2 pax, Paris-10 Canal Saint-Martin

Very nice appartment in a tipically parisian building, very well connected (anyway we hired parisian bikes "Velib" for our rides around town). We felt like locals here, that was the idea. =0)

The appartment was perfectly placed in the middle of Paris. Since it opened into a nice internal courtyard there was no problems with noise - rather an accompishment in the middle of a large city! I stayed there for a week with my 2 children and we should have used the washing machine and thereby could have left half our luggage at home -that would have made our travel much easier :-) Thanks to Alexander for letting out this flat! Really good accommodation. Went there with my family and we all had a lovely time. The flat was clean and the location was great too. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Our host was very good. Even though our train was delayed and we arrived a little late, he was there to greet us and didn't complain. The apartment corrresponded to the pictures, the bed and pullout couch were both very comfortable, everything was in working order, the inner courtyard was calm and the location was excellent. There are several supermarkets in the same street as well as bars and a fantastic brasserie.

The flat was very quiet, clean and ideal for a family. The proximity to the metro and various shops is great. The flexibility of Alexander Betr. the keys respectively. -Duty we so appreciated.

Excellent apartment! New fitment, clean rooms, convenient metro, quiet environment ... Everything is ready from soup to nuts. It's worthy!

It is a pretty well designed apartment. You sleep in peace. Its location, it is shopping, they quickly took the metro and bus nearby. It is located in a lively area. On foot, it is centered and can make beautiful walks in the neighborhoods of Paris. Very welcome at the apartment. In short, it is recommended.

The apartment is ok and quite central. Beds are good and everything you need is available. Unfortunately, to arrange check in no one there and we reached everywhere only the mailbox. Anxious after about 3 hours we received a response from the responsible housekeeper and could not move into the apartment cleaned. Cleaning fees we had to pay for the booking were, but we are not refunded even after repeated requests.

Perfectly located and nicely furnished, this apartment fulfilled all our desires during our stay in Paris. Alexander was a brilliant host, communication worked good, and he was present to greet us and give us hints on the environs. Deposit fee was returned on the same day of our departure, all was very well. Return visit is intended...
