"City Casita" in Western City

Thomas was a nice, uncomplicated host! Apartment was great, clean u pretty close to the (Bavarian Berlin street or Square) metro station! In the kitchen, jams, Nutella and pasta were available - we were even greeted with a champagne! Even the Wi-Fi we could use for free! The only drawback was left a little uncomfortable bedding, but that's about the only thing I can think of! So really for a friend!

There were two of five days in the beautiful, small but fine Wohnung.Der neighborhood is quiet, yet super central, all sights were within easy reach. Thomas is a nice and friendly host who has provided us with good advice before the trip. All in all a good choice, we would book again with Thomas.

Berlin always worth a trip ... and you live very well with Thomas, modern and Close to Town ... on occasion like to come by again. Thank you Thomas

I was 2 weeks in Berlin and felt very comfortable in the city Casita. Ideal for 1-2 people, everything you need for daily use is available. Public transportation is easily and quickly accessible. Everything is clean and as described. Thomas is a very friendly and helpful owner, I'll definitely be back.

We found the apartment "Casita" very clean and comfortable. It was near the subway and many shops. We would certainly reccommend it. The owner was very kind to let us in in the morning and check out in the afternoon. We only found the queen size bed a bit too smallfor two adults.

Quite succinctly: Great apartment, it is all there what you need. Good location, nice host, I have no complaints. Perfect perfect perfect :-)

the house is lovely, fully equipped and warm (since the time when I went I was dying of cold), is well connected with the center, there is a supermarket nearby. in short, a great deal!

The apartment is really comfortable, ideal for two people! The main room is very pretty, as well as near the kitchen! And 'well-connected, the nearest U-bahn Berliner Strasse 9 is really close. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, but equipped with everything: supermarkets, bakery, etc.. Thanks Thomas :)

We were in Berlin in late October and had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described; located clean, comfortable and quiet. The area is also quiet. Public transport network are good and fast. With the metro (5 mins walk) you're jerking jerking on Ku-Damm. A supermarket and bakery are just around the corner. The reception was nice and gave us Thomas explains everything great. We will gladly return.

Beautiful small and clean apartment, great for a short trip to Berlin. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is very clean and made a good impression, also were all the sights easily reached by the central location. Friendly host, who has already put a lot of information available for trips.
