Nice Terrace Flat in the City Center

Super great Wohung. Super friendly, I can only recommend

Good location, good rooms and relatively clean, no problems. The roof terrace has us particularly liked.

Host has confirmed the request, then asked for scheduling problems that I cancel. The cancellation fees to keep on sitting and another another house had to be sought in the short term - annoying ....

We felt a fiddle and the next stay in Berlin we will come back :) Christine & Mark

I am very disappointed with the book. In fact, it was an apartment to share with others. What was not reported. Result: very expensive for an apartment or you do not feel completely at home during the time of rental. Not to mention the owner who enters the apartment any time of day and NIGHT! to scream that there is a transient or prepare for a room that is free for new arrivals. In short, he has absolutely no respect the fact that the landlord is renting a private property during the time of hire .. I am furious and would like the owner to pay me some rent.

Too cold, too dirty and it was not apparent that there is not a single apartment acted, in which you had to share the kitchen and bathroom with other parties. The owner uses the apartment itself and also keep it in a good condition. 5th Stock and bad Location: drunk every night on the doorstep ...

Handover and residence were no problems. If you have no problems with "roommates" has (kitchen and bathroom are shared with others), the property is recommended (Location / view).

We had just assumed that we have to share bathroom and kitchen with 4 other people who lived there. When we got was toilet break and it was not anybody told us. It was crazy cold in the apartment and sometimes it was a sauna. But the apartment was close to the U-and S-Bahn and it was lovely.

Very nice apartment just outside of Berlin. Clean and well-being.

Contact was nice to relax for a quiet house properly, very clean and lots of space and it was vorhanden.Parkmöglichkeiten everything there is enough, we thoroughly enjoyed it
