Spacious room in Tsuen Wan

My apartment has 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is approx 75 sq meters.

I am offering one of the rooms here. The other room has been rented out long term already. Only female or couple (male and female) is allowed, no single men welcomed.

The room is nice, spacious, bright.

My apartment is only 3 mins away from the nearest MTR station. It takes you about 10 mins to go to Mongkok or TST by taxi. It is also very convenient for you to take MTR to disneyland. around 30 mins.

Downstairs there is a local market for you to buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Shopping mall is only minutes away.
