Perfect place! It has everything you need: cooking facilities, private shower, closets, fridge, laundry and air conditioning. It's a clean place, the room is in good condition.

"Marie" is great and Mr & Mrs. Kim's family is awesome. They had giving me a great helps during in the trip. Basically everything you need in the room is provided, kitchen, washing machine, wifi service, etc. This is a nice place and I would highly recommended!

For all foreigners who wish to see the beauty of Seoul, this is the best place to stay. If you're travelling alone as I did or with friends you won't find a cleaner more secure apartment. I stayed with Mr and Mrs Kim and they were the best hosts you could ask for. The rooms were spotless, the building is well hidden from all the traffic and everyday noise. It was the best stay I have had overseas and I encourage all tourists to stay here. The building is ideally located 10 mins from Gimpo International airport for international travellers or 4 stops from Incheon. It's also 5 mins from Seoul's Lotte mall which has everything you could possibly need. For those wanting to visit the city for markets and tours you can catch a train straight into Seoul station which takes about 20 mins so you're not surrounded with all the noise of the city. There are several korean restaurants near the building itself for quick and easy meal options. It's the perfect accommodation for those who want to make the most of their stay. The room it's self is cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in with all the comforts of home. There is a washer in the room so you won't have to worry about expensive laundry options, Free wi-fi and all tea making facilities. You can even prepare light meals in your room which is nice to do occasionally. Overall, this was a memorable experience for me even though I have visited Seoul prior to staying here and I will never stay anywhere else.
