Luxury apartment in the centre of Amsterdam in the famous Jordaan area. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a big roof terrace of 20 square metres with a beautiful view among others over the famous Westertoren and the royal palace.
The apartment is just around the corner of the last house Rembrandt lived in.
It's a 5 minutes walk to the 9 streets (9 straatjes) with all its little shops and boutiques. Furthermore there are many restaurants nearby.
The Leidseplein and Dam square are about 7 minutes walking away from the apartment.
The apartment is build in 1887 and is totally renovated in 2010 and therefore has all benefits of an old house and all benefits of a new house.
The apartment has a big sleeping room with a 2-persons bed, a study room in which a bed or airbed could be placed (airbed is available), furthermore a bathroom with bath and a seperate shower. There's a seperate toilet, a luxury kitchen with all facilities such as oven, microwave and dishcleaner. The living room is on a stage and has a big flatscreen build-in TV.
