Fabrizios B&B is well located, 5min away from Trastevere Station and nice restaurants around. But it is reommended to take earplugs with you as the room we slept in was really loud because of the traffic of the street. Fabrizio is helping and offers a good breakkfast for little money (1,50EUR). Thanks!

We had a very good stay at Fabrizio. He is very kind to answer all the questions we had.
The appartment is in great condition, and very clean. There was also the possibility to buy breakfirst (very cheap and very good for the price we paid).
It is located in short distance from all the turist attractions, but the area are well connected with a train, bus and tram station within 3 mins from the appartment.
All in all, we have been very happy to stay at Fabrizio's place :).

We had a very pleasant stay in Rome. Fabrizio The apartment is very well equipped, well located and very clean. We shared with other guests but it was not a concern. Only downside, our room faced the street and was a bit noisy.

Fabrizio is extremely welcoming with lots of great information about Rome. He's lovely and relaxed and it was a pleasure to meet him and stay in his property. The area (Trastevere) is lively and charming with a lot to see (and eat!). We highly recommend Fabrizio!!

welcome, good location of the apartment to visit and enjoy the excitement of Trastevere. One of the bedrooms may, by cons, be a little noisy (traffic noise), but it did not spoil my stay I provided.

You're in the middle of the city in 15 minutes by tram and also near trainstation Trastevere! Which is also nice neighbourhood!
Really enjoyed it and you can ask Fabrizio anything!
Thanks to Fabrizio!

The apartment and the rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. Fabrizio is a very nice host. We shared the apartment / suite with another couple. Our room was located on a major street, which is quite noisy when you have to keep the balcony door, due to the high temperatures, open. Fabrizio has additionally provided us with a fan. The courtyard is pleasant but quiet. For breakfast is fruit, cereal etc, yogurt, juice, coffee, crisp bread and packaged pastries offered similar. Fresh bread and topping should bring himself. There is a gas stove and a sink. The apartment is located very close to the regional Roma Trastevere train station and the tram 8 around the corner, you can ride comfortably in the center (Piazza Venezia). From there, many Roman landmarks are within walking distance. All public transport (metro, bus, tram, train) within the Roman center, can (6 euros / person) can be used with one day ticket. Rome is impressive!

A sweet and cozy apartment very close to the beautiful district of Trastevere. Also you can take the train directly from the airport by train quite near the B & B (so you need not make the detour via Termini train station). We were warmly welcomed and Fabrizio has well informed about everything. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had something for our taste too little choice. However, there are several cafes close by where you can have breakfast good. The road was a bit noisy but otherwise everything was spotless and we felt in B & B by Fabrizio very well. Thank you again :-)

Very pleasant stay. Fabrizio is available and good advice. This has helped us to find the shortest path to get us to the major sites of Rome. The apartment is simple and comfortable, slightly eccentric but well served by public transport (close to Trastevere station with buses, trams, trains). Fabrizio still thank you :)

we found the apartment very clean, the breakfast we had at our disposal was very comprehensive. TRASTEVERE The area is very nice and taking the tram line 8 you can get closer to attractions easily. What is unfortunate is that we have not met Fabrizio, as we crossed each time, and it's very interesting to meet the hosts that we receive, It will be for next time!
