Stylish Stuido in Opéra, Paris

We stayed over Easter in this house, threes and it went very well. We liked it and it has everything you need and well equipped. The photos are true. It even had Abtrocktücher and towels. Our agent was very friendly and explained everything. The flat is close to a subway - station, but also directly through the station. You hear them, what does not interfere further. In the morning it is bright because you can not obscure the Wohung. Under the same Wonung is a MC Donald :-) Thank you!

Great location, ok room, bathroom, however terrible! Especially the shower moldy strong. Directly above the subway, of peace can not be any question.

I stayed for 7 nights in August 2012. The house is in a very convenient location, near the metro and plenty of shops / restaurants around. The apartment reflects the photo. The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning which forced us to keep the window open.

Very good central location. Arrival and departure very pleasantly simple design. Friendly Service Staff. Optimization for carpet, shower wall.

We felt in the well-appointed apartment very well. The valuable tips on arrival and the nice reception made us arriving very pleasant. The apartment comes with a price that is reasonable because of the central location. We have 3 days shared the apartment with friends and ourselves fed. The kitchen is fully sufficient, but were not at the large dining table seating for 9 people present. The apartment is very clean, however, is one of the two bathrooms slightly moldy.

I liked very much my staying in this flat, it was very closed to my working area and this has helped a lot . Special thanks to Laurent, really helpful and nice. I 'll come back again.

Super the studio!

The unit complies with photos, well equipped and very well located, close to the subway. On the negative side, the sound of the subway is very marked in the apartment, we hear it every two minutes and everything vibrates as it passes. Another negative point: the schedules are not flexible at all: pay 50 € more Sundays, public holidays and every day after 20h is still particularly restrictive.

Hi, the apartment is small but very nice. We didn't use the kitchen (only the kettle to have some tea) but there are a lot of dishes/glasses/cups/pots that can be used. the bathroom is terse and small but there is eveything you need for small stay (shower, wc, sink). the apartment is located in a very central street, full of pubs and restaurants.. .you'll be spoilt for choice!
