Studio in a Courtyard in Central Paris

Thank you for the lodging! I spent here 3,5 months and the studio fits well one person. Good location, compact studio and vibrant area. There are several "laveries" nearby. The landlord is helpful and understanding. Good English as well! Some things to improve, such as heating (cold in the floor and hot in the roof area) and humidity (circulation of air not efficient enough). Fixing the excess humidity problem would not only improve coziness, but also make the few bugs disappear. I guess they are already working on it...

we really enjoyed our stay in francois apartment, it was perfect for the 3 days, cute and clean :) francois was really helpful when we got there.

We loved the place!!! It is very quiet and in a nice area of Paris. In the studio you find everything you need (even if we were too stupid to use the electric stove ;)) and it just feels like a hospitable place to stay in. Sure, it is small, but really efficiently furnished. Thanks!!!

small room but clean and well equipped, everything new and modern about ten minutes walk from the subway. we loved its location which allows easy access to all points of interest in a short time. owners are very friendly and ospitevoli have provided basic necessities. eg an ideal place to stay in Paris.

I have fond memories of my short stay in this small studio well equipped. The neighborhood is lively, yet very quiet when you're in the studio because in a courtyard.

Very clean, located in a cool area of Paris. But you might be a bit shocked when you first arrive: it's actually a converted storage shed, on the ground floor of a courtyard. It's fine if that's all your budget can manage, but if you can stretch to a bit more, you might find somewhere more homey! However the foam mattress is quite comfortable, and the hosts had kindly left coffee, tea and some basic supplies in the fridge. Also, the shower is very good!

Small but beautiful apartment with everything you need for a few days in Paris. It is a great starting point for wandering around the city and bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants are just around the corner. The host was very accommodating. The communication and keys with him worked without complications. We would stay there again anytime!

The apartment is very nice and functional, it is really close to the metro station (Voltaire), from which you can easily reach all points of interest. Quiet but full of restaurants and activities of various kinds. Apartment small but very cozy. In the courtyard of a building complex (renovated cellar). Perfect for two, but there is little privacy devido the confined space. Well located on the map, neighborhood atmosphere. Highly recommended. ATTENTION! in April 2012 had not yet INTERNET.

sweet little apartment that has everything you need for a long weekend in Paris. the location is perfect to reach all the major attractions. supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants are nice, it is just around the corner. the key handover and communication with the hosts went very smoothly. we had a good time in Paris and would stay there again any time.
