Actually the owner had moved me to one of his apartment at Waterloo Rd, 10mins from Sophia Rd. So I could not review the room and service that I had booked. BUT, I can give 5STAR and HIGH RECOMMENDATION for room at Waterloo Rd. For review, Room Privacy: Excellent (10/10), Room Clean: Very Clean (8/10), Bathroom Clean: Very Clean (8/10), Wi-Fi: Fair (6/10, need to be out of the room to get steady connection), Access to Town: Excellent (10/10) - To ILUMA (5Mins), To Wilkie Edge (10Mins less), To Dhourby Ghout (10Mins Less), MRT Brash Basah, Circle Line (2-3Mins Less), Foodcourt: the opposite side of the road.

The transportation and facilities are good but crowded.

Nice host. Convenient place, 15 min walk to big shopping centres like Suntec. 1~2 min to super markets, food and money exchange. Has lift which made carrying luggage to unit easy.

Nice place. Location very good. I like the location. When I coming over to Singapore, a reminder email was sent to me to liaise with the host. That is thoughtful as I nearly forget to do so. Good experience!
